It makes for an easy and quick way to get downtown and to each of Denver's major sporting venues. No DD required for a night of fun, gotta love that! Also an easy connect to the A Line at Union Station if you're headed to the airport. Sustainable, safe, and clean. I love a good public transportation system. Couldn't recommend RTD more!

Not like the charter line at highway 36 at all. The parking garage nearby feels kind of overdone. It's not used often and there aren't that many busses that pass by. The elevator rarely works and it's two flight of stairs to go up to the platform. RTD in general isn't usually that great, but this stop is extra horrible.

For a party of 3 it's actually cheaper to drive rather take public transportation. That fact is very apparent if you take the train during non peak times... it's like a goats town, which I understand creates the need to charge more but what of the taxes collected to build the system... I believe if tickets could be made easier, possibly by a lower rate pre pay card then ridership would increase and volume will drive ridership. Hell, there is more pot money tax funds now and the cities nor state is fixing the roads... so why not invest in making public transportation easier and more affordable than driving.

Uber has gotten worse and worse over time. Not only have their prices continued to go up for simple…read morerides but the drivers have become ruder, less speak even enough English to be able to appropriately help if there's an emergency (yeah kind of important) and some of the cars people drive should barely be able to be on the road. At the very least a driver needs to be able to communicate basic English (the overwhelmingly spoken language in the US) so if there's an emergency they are able to notify the proper authorities and/or assist. When you aren't able to communicate with someone, especially someone you are paying for a service and that service involves something dangerous, like driving, it not only takes away from the customer experience which has only gotten worse with uber but it does not make the rider feel safe. I've also had drivers cussing on the phone with their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and just honestly being terrible at customer service. How are these people vetted? I've been in cars where multiple warning lights are on, there's noise coming from under the hood (not good noise) and quite frankly I have no idea how they are even on the road. One car had their child lock on the back doors, not remotely safe. Drivers who have literally been blasting their music, wildly inappropriate lyrics and loud (but I guess we don't care about common decency anymore) then when asked to turn it down I was told this is my car you can do what you want in yours. It's just gotten to a point where I'd almost rather take Lyft or a Taxi over Uber. At least with a taxi if you aren't able to communicate with them they are at least professional drivers.

The problem is, because of RTD's asinine pricing scale for regional tickets, the Lakewood-Wadsworth station charges for parking if you don't live within certain boundaries created by RTD and the DMV. A fact that is not disclosed anywhere clearly and that I was unaware of until I received a notice. Public transit is supposed to be an equalizer, a method of transportation for everyone of every class, but RTD continues to impose barriers that make it challenging to even afford to get to work.
