Excellent roof repair service. Will call Gordon Perry Roofing again if needed. Very good vibes.

Probably one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Gordon and his son provided an estimate the same day I called them and was able to start my complete new concrete tile roof within a couple weeks. They do 90% of the job themselves with only an outside demo company that takes the old roof off in less than a day. They were complete in a week leaving my house everyday completely cleaned up and blown down. The quote was the lowest for a new complete roof and the only one lower was for a repaper using the old tiles. They use quality Eagle tile and I was able to go to the factory showroom and pick the style and color from probably over a hundred different ones. Very easy to work with and I was able to talk with him each day and discuss progress and any issues. read more

Second time using Gordon and he is always a charm! Fast, friendly, and great work! I called, left a message, he got back to me within a day or two. He was able to complete the job same day thanks again, Gordon! read more

We had a few tiles blown off the roof yesterday during the rain and wind, I was calling around for an urgent repair since there will be more rain next week. Gordon Perry returned my call quickly and scheduled an on-site estimate early next morning. The gentleman arrived on time and did an inspection on the whole roof, showed me pictures of additional broken and loose tiles he found, and provided a very reasonable quote. I asked if he can do it today, he said he will need to drive around to find matching tiles but he will try. He came back 2 hours later and finished the work. We are extremely grateful and happy with the work and flexibility. Will definitely use them again for future work. read more

Gordon and his team are our "go to" option when it comes to roof repairs. They did excellent work to repair a leak in our roof in July 2023 and charged us $800. Competing bids were way higher. Don"t expect to see big flashy trucks with bright logos. Gordon's is a minimalist old-school enterprise. You'll get an honest estimate and quick / expert service. Don't hesitate to hive them a call. You won't be disappointed. read more

Gordon is AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend or sing his praise enough - he is extremely thorough and very affordable. I have used Gordon Perry Roofing 3 times now, to do multiple roof repairs. He went above and beyond what I had requested. He does an entire roof inspection and also repair all the other minor or major missed issues. My family and neighbors have also hired him to do repairs for them as well. I would totally hire Gordon for any roofing needs in the future - very dependable, hard working and thorough. read more

The Santa Ana's blew and a few of my shingles flew! I called Perry's roofing to get a quote on repairing my lost shingles and to my surprise they called me back the next day. I figured with all of the winds they would be so busy that they wouldn't call back for a weeks. I spoke with Gordon and said he would have Martin call me to set up a time. A short time later he called me and said he would come out right away and look to see what was blown off from the high winds and give me a estimate. He then quoted me a price and said he could do the repair that same day, I was very shocked he could do it right then and there. I had to wait for the Insurance to check it out before I could say yes to Martin. Later that week the insurance got back with me and I decided not to go through the Insurance company, so I called Matin back and told him to go ahead with the job and fix the roof. Martin did a great job for me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very glad I used Gordon Perry to repair my roof and would definitely go back to them when I need more work done. Thank you for the great work! read more

1,000% recommend Gordon Perry roofing. His price was competitive and his work is top quality. He and his crew took about 1 week to re-roof our house. They showed up on time every day, worked their butts off and cleaned up after themselves. Such a nice group of guys. Our roof is beautiful. We're really happy with the results. I will absolutely insist any of my friends and family use Gordon for their roofing needs. Oh! He also did some repair work on the house we just sold. Again, competitive price, quick and high quality service. USE GORDON PERRY ROOFING! You will be glad you did. :) read more

Response to phone calls is weeks after and when I made an appointment for them to come out to look at my roof leak, they did not show up. No phone call in advance to let me know either. Not reliable, inconsiderate of people's time! read more

Mike did a roofing repair today and did an excellent job! After the Santa Ana winds did damage to my roof he replaced and repaired shingles that were almost an exact match. The workmanship was excellent. And he cleaned up after the job was done which is always a great thing. I will use them again and highly recommend this company. read more

Quick but efficient analysis of roof issues. Unknowingly showed other roofer lied about conditions on roof ( I asked roofer A to send text with pics he took of damaged roof tiles. He never sent. Perry roofing showed pics that tiles hairline cracked not broken and therefore could be glued rather than replaced . ) we are happy with results. read more

I called Gordon since he was referred by another roofing company who was too busy to help me. Gordon was very professional and was available to help me right away, even during this storm. He was able to find a leak, which only ended up being some tiles that were out of place. He was fast, professional, courteous and fair priced. Saving his contact info for future reference. I appreciate the quick help, especially since the downpour started the next day! read more

Called Gordon regarding a leak in livingroom discovered during a brief rain a couple days ago. Gordon offered to come out next afternoon. Gordon installed this roof 17 years ago, I wasn't sure if it was a minor repair or if the tar paper needed to be replaced on the whole roof due to its age . I received a call from Michael next morning asking if he could come in 10 minutes which he did. He repaired by replacing two cracked tiles, tar paper, wood and caulk for a reasonable price. I appreciate the quick response, knowledge, workmanship, and honestly. read more

After we had the exterior of our home painted, the painting crew mentioned that we had some missing and/or broken tiles that needed to be attended to. When asked if they could recommend a roofing contractor one of the guys suggested calling Perry Roofing. We contacted Gordon Perry and he came over and gave us an estimate for some roofing repair. What a nice man! After he fixed/replaced as many tiles as he could, he informed us that now, after these repairs, we (hopefully) will have about 3-5 years left on our roof. He didn't try to hard-sell us to replace our roof right now, "ASAP", as other contractors have done so Perry Roofing will be the first contractor we call when we're financially ready to re-roof our house. Gordon bought us some time to save for this very expensive project - we're very thankful! read more

We had several broken tiles on our roof. I wasn't looking to have my roof repaired yet (procrastinated) but while at a neighbor's house, I saw they were having their roof repaired. So I called the same company they used (Gordon Perry Roofing) and they were able to come out and repair the tiles the following day. Gordon and his brother-in-law Michael were very courteous and professional. After a week of heavy rain the following week, no more water drips coming from our ceiling! read more

Gordon is an older gentleman with a great attitude and professional approach. Always fair always honest.

UPDATE: Mr. Perry contacted me regarding my Yelp review and agreed to correct the broken tile. He explained why he had overlooked returning to fix the tile and did come back to make things right. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to make good on the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Perry for any roofing needs and am pleased with my end result. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I agree with all of the 5 Star reviews Mr. Perry has received and think he is a very personable man and does good work. The reason for my subpar review is due to the outcome of the job I hired Mr. Perry for. We had a very small job that other contractors quoted a large sum for without taking the time Mr. Perry did to determine what was wrong. He knew right away how to correct the issue and did so as quoted. Where I have the issue is during the job a curved tile was broken and Mr. Perry glued it together rather than replacing it without notifying me. After he left I looked at the job and noticed the tile was broken. A short time later I noticed he had returned to do a repair for my neighbor, I approached him to let him know I was aware he had broken and glued a tile. I asked if he would please repair the broken tile and even offered to further compensate him and he told me not to worry he would come back and replace the tile. Sadly, he has never returned and I have not heard from him since. I was and am still a little disappointed it was not repaired correctly and will likely hire another roofing company to correct the mistake. read more

I had some roof repair done yesterday and was referred through the neighborhood app to use Perry Roofing. Michael was such a pleasure to work with! Gordon is as honest & conscientious as they come...we had used him to fix an area on our roof a long time ago. When we were scheduled for termite tenting, we had him come out to check the roof ahead of time & he fixed a couple obvious broken tiles with the plan to come back out afterwards to fix any damage the tenters did. In the meantime, we had those torrential rains & discovered some really bad leaks. Gordon even came out in the rain & repaired tiles and flashings around chimneys. His charges are absolutely fair for all the work he does. We highly recommend him! read more

Gordon and his team were very professional and completed our re-roof on time and as promised. Like other reviews say Gordon was excellent communicating and they were always on time, worked diligently and very competently. When the project started Gordon let me know the shingle manufacturer was having a sale on an upgraded version of the shingle we had selected. He brought samples of both by and it was a no-brainer to invest the extra $500 to get shingles that could last up to ten years longer. The entire project was completed on time and looks great.
