I came here to get a cleaning and I asked before hand how much it was going to be, and they told me it would be covered by my insurance. As soon as I was leaving they told me it would cost $900 because the insurance didn't cover the whole thing completely. I don't understand why it would cost so much. I tried talking to them about it, but they just kept saying that my insurance doesn't cover most of it. Turns out, they did things I didn't even know anything about because they "highly recommended" it, and the way they speak seems forced and persuading, now I paid everything off, yet they keep sending me bills to my house that show no reasoning for the upcharge other than "professional work" can you be more vague? Highly do not recommend. First off Dr. Sohal and her assistants are not only unprofessional with customer service, her assistants can't even preform their own practices... Not only did they mess up on a crown, they didn't want to fix it and their deceptive with their billing practices as well. I'd leave zero stars, if that were an option. I have had two crowns put on by them, and they both broke in less than a years time! Need I say more? Both crowns should've lasted longer than one year. No excuses. They did not properly "adjust my bite" twice. This is the product of poor work. I contacted them the first time it broke and I agreed to let them "fix it". Less than a year later the second crown broke too. What would you do next? Let them fix it again?? Or go somewhere else? I decided to go somewhere else. I decided that i did not trust them to do the work a third time. I reasonably requested a full refund upon proof that the crown was in fact broken again. Tony, office manager, just kept repeating over and over that "all they could do is keep fixing it themselves". Two different dentists in their office have tried to fix it now with the same result. It is absurd to expect me back after this. I have missed many days of work, in addition to enduring the anxiety associated with dental visits. I am going to pursue justice in small claims or insurance arbitration. This review will be removed if the office assumes responsibility for the errors and reimburses me. That would be the fair, professional thing to do after all. read more

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The office is spacious, clean and very modern. If you don't have insurance they offer payment plans through a third party and a couple programs you can join at a monthly cost. I would recommend this place! Avoid this place at all costs. I don't care if your teeth are falling out as you read this. I have been acting as a go-between them and my insurance for nearly three months. They pad their insurance submission with procedures that are not covered. When the EOB from the insurance comes back denying those items, they say "Oh, we overestimated what your policy would pay." Isn't that part of your job? To know what the patient responsibility is before starting? I have stood in front of their billing person while she talks with my carrier. I am then told "It's all straightened out." Two weeks later another EOB shows up in the mail saying the same items are denied.Their inability to understand this has cost me nearly $3000.00 for my daughter and wife. Amazing dental experience (or at least as good as it gets, because no one likes going to the dentist) I blindly choose this dentist office because of a tooth pain emergency. I arrived with an unbearable mouth pain and had no idea what was wrong. Just knew I was in pain and it was coming from my teeth but didn't know why. Walked in and was greeted with a caring concern from the front desk, I filled out a quick form and was seen within just a few minutes. I found out I had a cracked tooth. They told me I was grinding & clinching my teeth at night and caused the crack in my tooth myself. After fitting me a with a temp crown, I left there with very little pain. Returned 3 days later for my fitted permanent crown and finally felt back to normal. I was thankfully able to set up a payment plan because I do not have Dental Insurance. (which I realize now is something I want) They recommended I wear a mouth guard to sleep to prevent it from happening again so I immediately went to Wal-Mart to make that purchase. That was a few weeks ago and I have not had any issues since. Zero pain, crown fits perfect in my mouth. I am super grateful for their help and was very happy coming here. They earned my trust and my business for future dental needs. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment where I was greeted by Kim upon walking in. I was checked and seen right away. Stephanie took my X-rays and was engaging me in conversation. So it made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was then seen by Dr Sheryl and we went over the x-rays and the problems she sees. Kim went over costs and treatment plans with me and within minutes I was getting treated. I came back the next day to finish some work. The hygienist Lauren took care of me and I provided great care.
