After being a long-time customer, this experience was highly disappointing. Based on this, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service. When we raised the issue, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. We were immediately warned that we would be charged $125 if no issue was found, which felt like an attempt to discourage us from reporting a genuine problem. Our concerns were then labeled as "exaggerations," and we were told that what we were experiencing "doesn't make sense." The business also claimed the technician was at our home for 50 minutes, which is incorrect. We have Ring video evidence confirming the actual timeline, which was much shorter. (Technician entered our home at 1:20:12PM and left by 1:33.23PM per my Ring video logs. The cash was handed over to the technician at 1:46pm. I do have video logs of all these on my side) Overall, instead of addressing the issue, the communication was accusatory and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.
