I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

Came for my first tattoo removal session today. I was greeted immediately by the gals at the front…read moredesk. Had a small wait time in their bright lobby as my room was being prepared. The treatment room was clean and set up and very cool, I'm guessing for the lasers. The numbing cream was applied to the two areas. Then we waited. The Hubster was with me. I had the best nurse...Nurse Angela. She walked me through the procedure, what to expect, and what to do if I wanted or needed a break. Handed both us protective eyewear, then the zapping began. We started with the back of my neck and the blast of cold air was a bit shocking, but the actual zapping from the laser itself...surprisingly easy! On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this area at a level 2. Nurse Angela worked quickly and efficiently. No stopping needed. On to the next location. I feared this was going to be VERY painful as the tattooing process was...but Nurse Angela once again worked quickly. Although I did feel the laser more here, it was only a 3.5-4 on the pain level. Then both locations were salved and bandaged up. Out to the friendly front desk we went, next appointment made and off to grab our dinner. Thank you LaserAway for helping me begin to remove these tattoos that no longer have meaning for me and for making the process an easy one!

My primary prescribed me a synthetic which made me so ill- so by the time I got to the endo he told me that if what Dr D gave me worked that it was appropriate and stop taking the synthetic . If I had not met him I would be so terribly ill still. I don't think I would be as happy or possibly even able to live the life I live now. I can't thank him enough for opening my eyes and confirming that I was right and I was being ignored. He could have offered me solutions but told me my insurance would cover this condition and it would not make sense for me to pay him to treat it. He is a wonderful doctor and I owe my now quality life to him for caring enough to look behind the simple lab results and figure out why I was so so sucks

Josh was very personable and spent quite a bit of time getting to know me with his welcoming nature and personality put me at ease. He answered any questions I had and explained in detail the process and medication. Josh being a Reg Nurse Practitioner also helped put my mind at ease. We talked about the best options for me and what I wanted. It was my 2nd time having Botox and such a great experience compared to my first. He also followed through a few days later to check in to see how I was doing. He also checked about 3 weeks or so later to see how things were going. He knew I was dealing with some self esteem issues due to being sick last year with rapid weight loss and going through a divorce and turning 62. I have a tiny tattoo and it's just the outline, I've been going now for almost 3 years and I probably still need at minimum 10 more sessions if not more. I would love to go to another place but I already paid all at once for the full removal package so I'm really screwed or just lose the 4k that I paid initially. Also my previous tattoo that they were removing now has permanent scarring and white skin discoloration that's probably there for life. They say "it just happens." I'm. or even gonna mention how hard it is with appointments sometimes.
