Monique was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. She walked me through what she was doing the entire time since my eyes had to be close the entire service. And when I finally opened my eyes, she handed me the mirror and I was so pleasantly surprised with the outcome! It was exactly what I was looking for. I got home and my husband instantly noticed both my eyes and eyebrows! (He didn't know I had this appointment...he just said my eyes looked "fierce" today ). The salon is a little tricky to find once you're inside the building, so give yourself time to find it! The chair you lay on is so comfy too, very relaxed during the service.
