Angie was my bridal makeup and hair artist and I can honestly say, without a doubt that I've never looked better or felt that spectacular in my whole life! I've always known the way you look will accentuate the way you feel, and I felt more gorgeous and irresistible than Miss Marilyn Monroe on my wedding day! Angie runs a first-class makeup studio, in Tustin. Her studio is absolutely incredible! She has all the bells and whistles you'd find at a high end makeup studio. Our first meeting (my bridal trial) was preformed here and the outcome was phenomenal! I warned Angie previous to my bridal trial that I am so fair, that even some of the most elite makeup companies cannot match my skin tone. And to top that off, I have very sensitive skin. She assured me that I'd look gorgeous, and boy was she right! I took a bridesmaid to the trail as an extra set of eyes and the both of us were completely blown away at the flawless match and coverage. Angie did such an unbelievable job with my makeup and hair that my bridesmaid booked that night as well. The results I received from her services were beyond all expectations and were worth more than the money I spent! You know those moments, where words aren't enough, but you have a profound understanding with just a look or a touch? I received lots of those double hand squeezes from the ladies and plenty of winks from the men and that special grin a loved one gives you when you've done right. Both my mother and now mother-in-law shed their fair share of tears, my bridesmaids we're in deep aw, and my now husband first word was: "WOW!" followed by that endless longing love stare. That day I didn't hear 'you look pretty', that day I heard 'you look fabulous, glamorous, beautiful, stunning, and breathtaking!' My bridal makeup and hair were finished by 8am, and I looked picture perfect well in to the wee hours of the next morning. I was absolutely floored that I could be photographed from 8am until well after 1am and still look like a million bucks! Also, her cosmetics did not irritate my sensitive skin, and they photographed perfectly! Angie is a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. She literally treats you like her masterpiece. Never fear, she will make sure you are perfect down to the last eyebrow hair! She truly has impeccable talent and the right tools to get the job done flawlessly! If I could give Angie more than 5 stars I would! She is well deserving of a 10 star 5 diamond rating! We had a wonderful time chatting and joking during the bridal (wedding day) makeover which really helped settle my nerves. She gave me ceremony tips and even helped me out with the how to's of the big day, like who is supposed to lift your veil. My experience at Zean's Beauty was phenomenal and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and the results. I have always struggled with drawing in my eyebrows. I would end up overdrawing them which would then make them look worse (quite the vicious cycle). My eyebrows before microblading were uneven and sparse. Now they look so natural, full, and symmetrical! Jean really took the time to draw out the shape of the brows. She listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with a shape that matched my face structure and I was happy with. I scheduled Audrey to do my hair and makeup for my upcoming wedding. Audrey said she would be the person doing it. On October 24, 2015, I went in for the "preview" of what my hair and makeup will look like, which I purposely scheduled for the day of my engagement party, Audrey introduced me to Jessica and said that she would be doing my hair and makeup instead. I thought, "ok, I'll give this a chance", thinking she would not subcontract out to someone she didn't have faith in since this was still her business reputation. Jessica was very nice and tried to get the look I wanted but just wasn't successful. My hair never did look right and she told me not to worry, that on the wedding day it would be perfect and said we should move on to my makeup. She took my hair down (so I never saw the hair and makeup together) and did my makeup. I had paid for airbrush, which Jessica said she was not told, but she did regular foundation. 4 hours later I left exasperated because none of it looked good. As I was driving home, I looked in the mirror and saw the false eyelashes were half off of my left eye. By the time i got home the eyelashes on both eyes were coming off and there was a portion of my left cheek that had NO makeup on it at all! I had to take everything off and do it over myself and was late to my engagement party. On October 26, 2015 I sent an email to Audrey, after I had a cooling off period, explaining my experience and everything that had happened and stating I understood that there was product used and Jessica's time so I only asked for a partial refund of $100 of the $175 Audrey had me pay before she even made the appointment to solidify booking the wedding with her. That was on October 26, 2015. I still have had NO RESPONSE from her. Please BEWARE of people and businesses like this taking advantage of people at one of the most important times in their lives!!
