But this time they were closing early for a wedding and doing all the prep for that while trying to serve customers. The poor staff serving the wine tastings were frazzled from being pulled in multiple directions. We had to wait a long time before being served and longer in between pours. I would suggest that next time you host an event like that you close earlier or shut down for the day. It was not a pleasant experience for customers and it appeared the wedding party arrived early too and they would have had more space to relax and enjoy their special day if there were no customers around. But again... I usually have an excellent experience! Wine selection is amazing!! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. And the setting and ambience amazing! They have fun events throughout the year. You must go Halloween weekend and get a Taro reading! We had so much fun last year. And they have great deals on wines. I suggest going just not on a day they are closing early for an event.

We had a great time here, and while most the family does not drink a lot of wine, there was something for everyone here. The owner, David, greeted us as we walked in and sat us at the large table in this small tasting room. He sat with us for most of the tasting, describing the wines in detail, telling us the history, describing how the land around Oregon varies and how it impacts the wine. It was really interesting and he so helpful and open to answering all of our questions. You can tell how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his wines and he made our experience really unique. The wines themselves were great, and we left purchasing 2 bottles of the 5 wines we tried. While they have a variety of wines, their white wines, especially the Sauvignon Blanc and the Pinot Blanc, were phenomenal and I highly recommend. The tastings are really reasonably priced at $25 and their bottles were also well priced. The tasting room itself is very laid back and casual. It is decorated and feels as if you are just sitting in a relatives living room enjoying a glass of wine, so if you are looking for the instagram shot of a glass of wine over a vineyard during a sunset, this is not the place, but if you enjoy kicking back and enjoying solid wine in a more laid back setting with folks who care about their wines, then look no further!

I haven't been to the new location of 4 Graces that is now over three years old. . The tasting room is gorgeous, but we chose to sit outside and soak in the stunning views of the vines and the valley. The tasting menu includes Chardonay, Rose and Pinots. Excellent examples of varietals that are popular in our area. The wait staff , who has worked at the location since it's opening, was friendly and knowledgeable. There are many fine wineries surrounding the property and I would recommend making a day of this area in Dundee. Bring you dogs, the will love it too!

First off - the view is outstanding, and maybe worth the extra drive and effort to get to this location just to see it. BUT...the place, though lovely, is just not comfortable. It's not clear where you should park, or where the entrance to the tasting room is. The directional signage is awful, and when we asked about it, were told that since there are four businesses sharing the same road, they can't prioritize the vineyard over the other business. Hmmm. No one greeted us, and we didn't really feel welcomed, even though we had a reservation. Tiny little tastings, and nothing extra to add to the experience. We left feeling as though the wine tasting experience is just not their money maker, so they aren't all that interested in making this a priority. There are so many great wineries in the area, why waste your time on one that clearly values their $435 dinners, and $700/night rooms to rent???

This winery recently opened in the first floor of the Dundee hotel. It's closer to 99W so when you come in from the parking lot, you will pass a couple other wineries. This is one of five wineries and a restaurant that is in the first floor of the Dundee hotel. Our server was named Kalina, and she was so nice and personable. She had recently come back from working in a winery in Australia. I was impressed with her knowledge of wine, but she explained that she started working in wineries back when she was just 15 helping with events/weddings at a family friend's winery. She had worked at several wineries even though she was just in her twenties. The winery itself also had lots of charm and was very calming with the soft pink furnishings and relaxing sofa and chairs. The design was on point and chic. We enjoyed all the wines. Kalina even gave us a small bowl of gourmet popcorn to compliment some of the wines. I definitely will come back to this spot for another tasting or a glass of wine. Our server also said that on the third Thursday of every month they do complimentary pours and have either live music or artists at the various wineries in the building as part of a collaborative art walk within Dundee. Currently the wine tastings are $30 per person, but if you are a guest at the hotel they have a BOGO special. This winery is definitely a special spot to check out if you are planning a day trip to Oregon wine country. This wine tasting was definitely a highlight of my summer. Reservations and recommended, but definitely not required - and the experience was truly lovely.

They have several small bite food options, the charcuterie or cheese boards are perfectly paired with the tasting menu choices for that day, there was a fresh baked focaccia today that was heaven. Oh and I have not even mentioned the fantastic wines yet. Whether you are a red or white fan, like whole cluster or small, tannins or less tannins, sweet or full bodied reds, you can find them at SB. And that is not to say they make such a variety that they are spread thin cause that's what I would think if I read that. They are meticulous about every wine they make, it's special, has specific flavors, pairs with particular foods well, each year with its vintage that every one has their own favorites of. We have member members for over a decade, their wine, the winery, and the people are the perfect combination.
