The process was quick and so easy we walked in, found the truck we wanted, they handed us the keys and we took it for a test drive. They gave us a more than fair trade for our old truck and worked with us on a price for our new truck. I can't say enough good things about them, next time we're on the hunt for a new vehicle we'll definitely check in with them first.

Me and my husband recently purchased a truck from Seay Motors in Mayfield KY and will never be…read moredoing business with them again. I urge everyone to rethink your decision before going to them. Within 8 days of purchasing the vehicle we have spent close to $5,000 in repairs with more to come. We have yet to even be able to put 150 miles on it since purchase and have owned it for 30 days now. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle we started having problems with it. To date we have had to: -Replace the starter -Fix an oil leak -Replace the front drive shaft -Replace the transfer case -Purchase a new fuel line -Purchase a new transmission control module -Have an exhaust leak that has yet to be fixed -and have 3 tow bills (thus far) When contacting Seay Motors, with each incident, all they have to say is "I hate to hear that". They have flat out refused to do anything on their part stating that they do not have to because they did not offer any type of warranty. While I understand we do not have a warranty with them, I also believe that is horrible business to sell a vehicle that breaks down 8 days later and still not driveable by 30 days and refuse to do anything to try and make it right. Not one time have they offered to do anything. Not only has this put a financial strain on us, but it has also left our family of 4 with only one working vehicle for the past month and for no telling how much longer.

I've tried several times to get in touch several times but still nothing. I even talked to a sales manager at the dealership. Still nothing! Now they have sold the car I was interested in! Very unprofessiona!

My truck has been at this dealership (Mayfield, KY) since June 8, 2023. Today is September 18, 2023…read moreand they still have it. I took my truck to them because it was losing coolant. They looked at it and stated that they changed out the coolant reservoir and that they test drove it and no leaks. I drove it home and it had already lost coolant. Took it back and then they said I needed a new head gasket. They changed the head gasket and stated that they drove it and all is good. Again, I arrive to pick it up and I have a check engine light on and a glow plug light illuminated. They keep it and try to repair that issue. I get a call again saying they changed the glow plug and that my truck is ready. I pick it up and break down on the side of the road 1.2 miles away from the dealership. There was diesel fuel everywhere. I wait on a tow truck on the side of the road for about an hour and a half. It gets towed to the dealership and I have to wait for them to diagnose it again. They state that I need a new fuel line. After replacing the fuel line I get a call that it's ready. I go pick it up and break down again, about 2 miles away. Again it has to be towed back to the dealership. They state that I need a fuel injection pump. This is all from my initial issue of losing coolant. During this process my truck had damage on it from lowering the cab onto the bed. They did send it to the body shop to be repaired. Communication is lacking. The majority of time I have to reach out to find out the status of my vehicle. A part was to arrive a certain day and that day would go by and I would reach out to get an update and the part wouldn't have arrived but no call or text from the service adviser. I asked if my vehicle was ready one day, and it was but wasn't contacted by the service adviser. The service adviser tells me about her work load. This is the last thing a customer wants to hear when they haven't had their vehicles in months. There is a lot of improvement needed at this dealership. Communication being at the top of the list. Hope this helps potential customers make an informative decision when having vehicle issues.

The closest Ford dealership to Calvert City, Kentucky was in Benton. We took the car there and they were booked until Friday, the technician there told us that the power steering was gone. He also told us that if we were driving and the steering went out again, to just pull off of the interstate turn the car off to let it reset. Please keep in mind that we were 499 miles from home. The manager at LEON RILEY FORD in Benton, Kentucky would not even check the battery. He said that they didn't have time. The next closest Ford dealership was in Paducah which was 21 miles away, the next closest one was 24 miles away. Paducah didn't have any openings, so we called Purchase Ford. Purchase Ford told us that they try to take in consideration that people are from out of town, and work them in. While waiting the manager came, asked us how we were doing, and what part of South Carolina we were from. He said he loved the Charleston area, and would love to live there. The people were really nice, and put us before other people that had appointments. After being there only 10 minutes Cindy Lassiter the service advisor, came in to give us an update. The update was VERY promising, the battery charge was low. Cindy came back in, and said that it was not the power steering, that it was the battery!! My mother's response was " Thank you Jesus"!! Thank you Purchase Ford and Cindy for being so nice and helping us. You gave us some much needed peace of mind. We experienced some good southern hospitality while at Purchase Ford, thank you again!

Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I took up 8 hours of bay time and use of his time. He didn't charge me a single penny. Class act people...words can't convey my gratitude for these folks.

I had some siding come loose on my trailer and pulled into Youngbloods not knowing anyone.
