If all of your ingredients are remixed in a bowl together it actually takes less time as you are one scooping all ingredients into your burrito. I digress, the fact that a better burrito could be made and is not cool. The CUSTOMERS pay hard earned money,for these burritos. The CUSTOMER deserves the best a cafe/restaurant has to offer.
