Melissa (sorry a I didn't get her last name) is always pleasant and extremely helpful in person or on the phone. I've stood in line and know first hand customers can be very rude. Another associate , last name Rieth is also always pleasant. Establishment's like this need to keep store shelves filled, medications on hand, cleaned and maintained, even when short staffed without the benefit of cutting back on products or hours to ease the work load. For that reason alone, and many others, people need to cut them some slack and offer some gratitude.

I was visiting here for a wedding. I made a Custom Makeover reservation on Sephora's easy to use mobile app since I had a wedding nearby. I am a Rouge Level for their membership program, so I was able to get this free of charge. Normally it would be free with a $50+ purchase for anyone. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and they were able to take me right away. Madeline was my specialist. She asked me what type of look I was going for, things I liked, things I didn't, my skin type, and if I wanted to purchase eyelashes with my makeover. She tested my skin tone to get the best match. She talked to me all through the session telling me about the products she was using, and even wrote them down for me so if I liked them I could purchase them at a later date. She did a fabulous job and I did end up getting a few things on the list. She was a dream to work with and I looked lovely at the wedding. I would definitely visit this Sephora again!

First I make my way to the candles.  I'm obsessed with lavender and of course they have a wonderful lavender candle so into my basket it goes.  I prefer candles over the plug in smells because i remember to blow out candles better than I remember to unplug the plugins before they run out and burn something. Next, I go to lotions.  I love all the great smells but I don't like how lotions make my hands feel so I just smell those. Now my favorite part: sprays.  They have basically every option of scents that they have for other products.  The sprays are definitely my most bought option.  I've always bought my sprays from Bath & Body works and have never been disappointed. She interrupted nearly everything I said, her tone was flippant and it was obvious that she didn't care. Once she started to pick up on the fact that I was probably going to write a review about her specifically she began to offer me "options".... The funny thing is I wouldn't even be writing this review if she hadn't presented such horrible customer service and attitude. I tend to be pretty understanding regardless of how negative a situation is for me because let's face it sometimes it isn't the person's fault on the other end of the phone and I get that.... This gal was just rude and that isn't something I tolerate very well. Hope I don't have to run into her when I'm finally able to pick up my medications because I will probably ask her if she would like to talk about her personal problems because it seems like her bad moods are spilling over into her work :/ My rant is done.
