Of course, we enjoyed walking through the other sections of the building and I did notice ladies accessory items strewn throughout with a few articles of clothing. While I am always open to change and am sure there must have been a reason for it, I do miss the previous set-up and unfortunately doubtful I will frequent as often. I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.

I personally love the cute silicone covers for bowls. They are usually decorated as flowers or fruit, suction very well to the bowls, and they come in various sizes. I also appreciate the colorful knives, my favorite being the watermelon knife that not only has a green handle, pink blade and cute outs that look like seeds on the handle but also is long and really great quality. Yes, it does cut thru a watermelon really well. The staff is helpful but not pushy. They greet you with a smile and offer assistance. They are willing to answer questions-make sure to ask about any future cooking classes because they do hold them here on occasion. Definitely stop in here for a unique kitchen decorating experience.

The flowers are beautiful, not over priced, and the bouquets were well put together. I have fond memories of coming out here in the crisp windy weather of fall to chose a pumpkin and some gourds. The pumpkins are always adorably painted, come in varying sizes, and, just like the flowers, aren't overpriced. My mom always complained I had to pick the biggest, most outrageous looking pumpkin in the world. Usually I got a large pumpkin with a famous painting on it like starry night or Mona Lisa. Their clothing is fun and eclectic... it seems they often have sales, otherwise they are a boutique and do have boutique pricing.
