It takes 5 minutes just to get past the bots on most customer service phone numbers to get to a human these days. I burned it twice and there is absolutely NO SMELL AT ALL. I even enclosed it in a small bathroom and burned it for an hour. Nothing. Maybe whoever manufactured it forgot to put the scent in mine. Such a disappointment for such an expensive and small candle. Won't shop there again.
