I was told to go to the front desk to make an appointment for my next session at that point below where I was standing I see the little sign which didn't matter because I paid in the room. Again never being told no return or exchanges sales are final. These scammers put your receipt in a seal envelope when you get home and open it is when you see no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. This man actually thought I was going to tip him and the nerve to say you don't have to go by what it says you can put your own tip. I gave him nothing, like he didn't make enough with commission on $8,500 I have a seizure disorder and started to feel one coming on and just wanted to get out of there. The stress of these people contributed to me having a seizure when I got home. all I can say is beware and shame on them.
