The woman behind the desk refused to answer any questions whatsoever unless I provided either a photo of the boat, or the owner's name. I provided her with the name of the owner's son, who I had been dealing with, but she didn't recognize it. I had trouble getting cell service, and so was unable to download a photo. So, she refused to answer any questions whatsoever about the marina. And that was that. The lesson is that while in these COVID times every merchant is bending over backwards to generate revenue, here's one exception. They gave me a quote for the work and (no surprises) met their price and they did the work rather quickly. I keep my boat in La Conner, but when I have serious work to do, I will go up to Vancouver's Creek Marina & Boatyard. It's well worth the trip. Good people are found there.

On one hand, the invoices for labor hours were deliberately and excessively inflated. On the other hand, the disassembly and reassembly instructions I gave them for work on the boat were not followed with damage on the floor. Finally the work was carried out improperly, especially regarding the installation of the electrical system with leak on an aluminium boat! The manager refused to take my advice into account and complained about not having the fisher Panda documentation, even though they are an authorized dealer of the brand!
