I was really happy with the repair methodology chosen that saved the original deck finish and made the job more affordable. Also it was great that they were able to fit us in so quickly so we got to enjoy the boating season with our "new to us" boat. Lastly the price came in under the original estimate which is always a plus and Ryan passed that saving on to the customer which was very much appreciated. It has rained pretty hard since then, and there have been no leaks at all and everything is working well. Hard working no frills shipyard they don't have a fancy office - but they do good solid work and have fair and honest pricing.

Had to bring retired mechanic. Finally they called me to come, showed disassembled engine, pointed to worn out part, refused to repair due to the age, reasoned that some parts are not manufactured any more (though possible to buy), charged $800 and refused to provide an expert opinion why there was water ingress in the engine block. This whole ordeal took almost a year.

I took it to Bridgeview Marine to get a second opinion and they let me know that M&P put the carb in wrong and installed the water separator incorrectly. Are there technicians incompetent or unlicensed? I will never bring my boat back to this garbage company. I recommend you avoid them too. At a minimum, they should provide me with some compensation to account for their negligence. They need to retrain or fire whichever incompetent tech worked on my boat.

Found out Dave had sold the business. Got a time booked with this new guy and I scheduled lift time at marina. I confirmed times after the initial booking to make sure. Day and time of move comes and no boat mover. I call, no answer. He finally arrived almost 2 hours late with no apology. When I point out that we had confirmed the time he was supposed to be here and he was 2 hours late, he says "nobody is on time at a marina". So it's one guy for a big powerboat move and then he expects me to assist him. Finally the boat gets to the marina, LATE, missing my booking. They were booked heavy and nothing till a day later, so now my boat is getting put on blocks in the marina yard and I'm paying for days in drydock. No way will I use this company ever again. I'll try another mover next time.

The staff were friendly and professional, they keep the boat yard clean, and the service was very efficient and reasonably priced. The haul out was priced on a round-trip basis and included up to 3 full days in the boat yard which was very helpful. We were not rushed to get the hull repainted, the zinc anodes changed, and the boat's hull waxed. Everything went very smoothly!
