The receptionist runs a tight ship and is a pleasure; the nurse is kind and efficient; and the doctor, Dr. Olutayo Sogunro, is exceptional. She is that rare combination of a gifted professional and a genuinely caring person. She listened attentively to my loved one and provided a clear plan of action. No rushing us out the door like in other practices. The medical community needs more doctors like her. I highly recommend this medical practice and this medical professional.

The problem I have is with the girl who does appointments. 1. She never answers the phone when she's supposed to. I have seen her ignore it and I have tried making appointments through calling with no luck. 2. She chews gum in the office and rolls her eyes the whole time you're making a follow up appointment. She is completely rude and acts like she doesn't want to be there. I wish they would fire her already.

The negatives are the front desk employees. They usually act like they have somewhere better to be. They bill incorrectly until suddenly you have racked up a huge amount of charges and they can't even explain where those charges came from. The girls who make the appointments are sweet, but the employees in the very front are those that have made my experience less positive. Also, no one ever answers the phone! So: Pros: Great actual medical care Cons: poor customer service with the front desk administration
