They have installed nerf bars on our truck, remote starters in two of our vehicles, & also an all season stainless steel grille. Each time, their service has met our expectations, & prices have been great (competitive) -- which would normally mean a four star rating. However, it is their after the sale return customer relations that gets them a five star rating. For example, we had two remote starters that on one vehicle that kept requiring reprogramming, which was always done at no charge. After the third time, we had another place check it out, while doing other mechanical work, (we were advised the system needed replacement, upwards of $400). We then returned to Quicksilver to have them quote a replacement. Quicksilver first tested both keyfobs, determined that only they needed replacement ($60-100-ish each depending on 1-way vs 2-way). To make sure this was the problem, they sent us home with a new keyfob to test for a few weeks to ensure that was the problem. When we later returned, to purchase two new fobs but they were sold out & asked us to return in about a month (keeping one we had at no charge for now). As life does, time got away from us & we never return for almost three months. We apologized for taking so long to return & they immediately fit us in & reprogrammed two new keyfobs for us... & the REFUSED to accept payment for them! My wife & I were both stunned by this EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & returned later with some gift cards for them (to show our appreciation). All we can say is they will ALWAYS get our business whenever it is a service they can provide! Thank-you Quicksilver!! Brad & Sue-Ellen

After test driving a wonderful vehicle and also considering trade in value and repairs we decided to maintain our current vehicle. Every step of the way the team was transparent and easy to talk to. They did not try to sway us in one way or another, just provided the facts. Each of our truck repairs was completed with great communication and providing information. I felt assured we were making informed choices and I was provided updates every step of the way. We will certainly utilize Auto Connection in the future.

I brought my vehicle in to have the driver's side door window installed. I had already supplied the…read morereplacement window. During the repair, I was told that the window regulator was broken. I do not believe that conclusion was adequately supported. The original window had been shattered, but the regulator itself appeared intact. There are also repair instructions available for this model showing that proper access to the regulator requires removal of the exterior door panel. My concern is that the repair was being attempted without removing that panel. I personally observed the work being carried out this way. I tried to explain the procedure I understood to be required, but my information was dismissed rather than considered. With an uncommon vehicle such as this, it is entirely possible for an owner who has researched the repair to have useful information about the procedure. I would have appreciated a more collaborative approach, particularly before concluding that an additional component was defective. The interaction with the technician also became unnecessarily dismissive. I was left with the impression that the focus had shifted from determining how the repair could be completed properly to defending the original assessment. Ultimately, I had to drive home in the rain with the driver's window completely missing and the replacement glass sitting loose in the passenger area. I was particularly concerned about the safety of transporting a large piece of glass in that manner, especially in the event of a collision. My concern is not simply that the repair was unsuccessful. Repairs do not always go as planned. My concern is that I observed an attempt to complete the repair without removing the panel necessary to properly access the regulator, while the information I provided about the procedure was dismissed. I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally by reconsidering the repair procedure, verifying whether the regulator was actually defective, and ensuring the vehicle was left in a safe condition before I departed.
