Tiger performed numerous services on each vehicle that typically included HID headlights and installation, 5th wheel hitches, in-box 7pin wiring, mud flaps, floor mats, running boards and more. I've also had them install remote starters, box covers, diesel chip programmers amongst several other accessory items to improve safety and performance. They are a well known wholesale and distribution centre known for their large warehouse and inventory of after market accessories that includes just about everything one could need for their vehicle. While no product or service is prone from issues, most issues typically stem from product failure, however, Tiger Automotive has always been there anytime I've encountered a part or accessory failure, and they do what they can to correct the problem and make it right. Now I have defective lamp in my garage that I cannot sell or use and I even pleaded for half my payment, this dude rejected all. A sold defective part should be returned and warranty must be clearly spelt out on the sales invoice and not mislead the people.
