There are multiple gutted outlets, with exposed wires and none of the breakers were turned off! There are LIVE EXPOSED WIRES hanging out of three kitchen outlets. He is a PLUMBER who destroyed nearly all the kitchen electrical. He didn't fix the clogged kitchen sink (just disconnected the pipes), and ripped out her old garbage disposal and left it on the counter. He left the house a mess, with stuff everywhere, and never came back to finish the job. To make matters worse, he took her money and then kept asking her for a hug!!! He intimidated, defrauded, and touched my lovely neighbor, and then ghosted her after she rebuffed his advances. She called him over and over again, begging him to complete the job, and he didn't respond until the police got involved. Do not, under any circumstances, hire this man. He is a predator. My hope is that he challenges/complains about this review. He knows it isn't libel/slander because he knows that what it written here is the truth, and that we can prove it. The CSLB complaint has been initiated, along with photos, copies of text messages, call logs, and emails. P.S. Using the image of a sheriff's badge to advertise your services is creepy and should be illegal. It is meant to promote the idea that you are trust-worthy and somehow aligned with law enforcement, and Mr. Singh Bains - most decidedly - is not.

5 stars isn't enough for Bobby and A Pain in the Drain Plumbing. From the very first message, Bobby…read morewas quick to respond, clear about what needed to be done, and completely transparent on pricing. No surprises, no upselling, no unnecessary add-ons. Just honest, expert work. I hired him for a toilet remove and reset, and he handled it with real care and precision. He's methodical, takes his time, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right the first time. He walked me through everything involved, the wax ring, the bolts, the anchor flange, the caulk seal, so I always knew what was happening and why. What sets Bobby apart is his character. He's kind, trustworthy, and genuinely not the type to over-diagnose a problem just to pad a bill. In a trade where that's unfortunately common, it means a lot. He even backs his work with a one-year warranty. If you need a plumber you can actually trust, call Bobby. He's the real deal.

I first hired EPP for a new toilet installation a year ago, when we had just moved to Roseville. I…read morechose them because of the solid Yelp reviews. They did a great job at a fair price, and I was happy at the time to add the $99 additional charge for their one-year maintenance agreement. That small charge entitles you to preferred pricing, as well as an annual hot water heater flush, and general waterline inspection. I had actually forgotten about it, but then I received a call from them a few days ago saying I should schedule the water heater flush and line inspection, which was included with the maintenance ageement I had already paid for. Right on schedule, Jonathan showed up today to do the annual flush and inspection. He was an exceptionally nice fellow, and he thoroughly explained everything he was doing. And, by renewing my maintenance agreement today while I was still covered under last year's agreement, I was purchasing a full three years of additional coverage for a total of $100, which I think is a terrific deal. Even if we only use EPP for the annual hot water heater flush and inspection, we are way ahead of the game. It can often be stressful dealing with contractors of all kinds who service your home, and so it's a relief to find an honest and fair contractor you know you can trust to do excellent work at a reasonable price. EPP is definitely an honest and fair plumbing contractor, and I have no problem recommending them.

He went right to work.WE talked as he tried to clear the line. I told him he would probably need a bladder bag. Thats what cleared the line before. He was not authorized to use on. So he called his supervisor. His Supervisor came out and also tried to clear the line. I again mentioned the bladder bag. The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.
