I couldn't turn on my faucet at all because of all the leaks flooding my under sink drawer. My experience has always been that Plummer's will get to you when they find time. I call Paul, owner of the Next Gen Plumbing. He was booked until the end of the day and could have easily said he would get to me when he got an opening. But instead he said I will come at 5:30 when I finish my last job. I thought , WOW this guy is awesome!!!! He was here at 5:30 found all the problems and was courteous and thorough. He even had me run my dishwasher to make sure there wasn't a leak there also. I was really angry with the company that did such a horrible job and I expressed it to Paul. He immediately said well they did a great job on your counters but they just weren't Plumbers. So he was professional as well! He is by far the best plumber I have had work for me. Definitely a 5 star for Next Gen Plumbing!!!

Apparently I'm the proud owner of one of the few underground P-traps in Auburn. Lucky me! Thank you again for saving my day and at very reasonable cost. Fast forward to today and again, sewer weirdness... I have a walk-in basement with a bathroom and it was starting to gurgle and back up. Assuming it was the same issue as last year, they scoped the line and it was clear. I had given the toilet a good plunge, and we assumed that all was clear and it was just a one off. Nope. It did a nasty backup and drain when I emptied the upstairs kitchen sink. Having a friend staying with me and using that facility, I contacted Walter on Tuesday evening. He and Joey showed up Wednesday morning (!) and pulled the toilet to reveal that I have two, count 'em two, outgoing sewage lines from the house. And the previously undiscovered line had an big fat root in it. They were able to clear the line and all is now well. It was kind of a pain in the butt job and they covered it for me as they'd just been there a week before and missed it. This is not normal for new build homes and I as the homeowner was unaware of it too.
