we came from Florida and brought a phone book size medical file for the pediatrician to review…read morebefore our fist appointment. When we had our appt she knew all of the history as if she were the pediatrician since birth!! Amazing!!

Sadly, my family has been very dissatisfied since the practice has moved into the industrial park…read more They are no longer family centered and I honestly suggest you find a pediatrician elsewhere First, it is very difficult to schedule or be seen by a doctor. The doctors are knowledgeable but good luck being scene by one. Even when you book with a doctor, they will then later change the appt to a PA, without notifying you. Next, many of the PAs and nurses have very little patience for children. I experienced (on separate occasions) my children being scolded by a PA because my children were taking too long to calm down when they were being seen at sick visits. Furthermore , on two separate occasions my child was diagnosed with a rash, when it was really a kidney infection. Completely unacceptable. It became very clear that since moving, they are under a great deal of pressure to keep within a specified amount of time for each appointment rather than taking the time necessary to figure out the problem. The final straw was when I asked if I could call and pay the co pay with my debit card when I got home, because I left my card in my other jacket. The woman said it would be an additional $10 fee for paying it after the appointment. Even if I paid it with in the hour. What??! That makes no sense to me. We had about 6 really terrible experiences with different providers before we decided to switch. Such a shame because they were so wonderful when they were PMG, and even before the expansion. We changed to a practice where we make an appointment with a doctor, then actually see the doctor, and the doctor takes whatever time necessary to listen to our concerns

I had the most amazing experience with Tova Health. My baby was born this winter during a brutal…read morecold snap. I was so grateful to have Dr. Z come to my apartment to care for my newborn and me. Dr. Z is knowledgeable, kind, and flexible. The model of having the first two months of my child's care from home was so comforting- it allowed me and my baby to stay in the home and rest and heal after delivery. Meg from Tova health handled all the admin stuff. She made scheduling, paperwork, and setting-up the patient portal super simple. When it was time to transition beyond the first two months of care, Dr. Z and Meg helped us find the best pediatrician and make sure they had all our records. Awesome experience! Tova Health is the best!

I experienced a traumatic birth. One of the better things to come out of it (besides my daughter)…read morewas meeting Dr. Z. I was not able to get out of bed for over a week after the birth, so our first meeting was with her sitting at the foot of my bed. Thank goodness we chose her for my daughter's pediatrician because there was no way I would have been able to take her to an office. I really needed the fourth trimester care to help me process the trauma from birth, and Dr. Z let me cry and repeat the story over and over again. I'll never forget the time she hugged me and promised me something good would come out of it. She was also provided excellent care to my daughter. I will never forget our crazy first meeting and her kindness. She listened and provided me care when my own OB/GYN's office failed to do so. It is absolutely ludicrous the postpartum care we receive. This fourth trimester care model should be mandatory everywhere.

Ok I will say sometimes calling there the office is less then friendly . But that's the only flaw !…read moreIn person they are always nice , always helpful .. Maybe they just hate phones .. Lol .. And Dr Digiovanni is the best .. My only complaint there is he can't be my dr too ! He's so great with my son and my a million and one crazy neurotic questions . He puts a mother at ease and is able to be the cool dr with my teenage son . He also always takes a few minutes to say 'so how are you doing ?' The staff is quick with filling scripts , making appoints with specialist and things of that nature and getting back to you about things . My son is barely sick so we don't go often , which is a good thing , but definitely a great doctor!

Have been taking my child to this pediatric practice since the week he was born almost 13 years…read moreago. Waiting room times are short, office staff is pleasant, nurses are bright and efficient, and the medical staff is exemplary. I trust my child's life to these people and have never been let down. I prefer a holistic approach to health as I think good nutrition, sleep, exercise are as important as medical intervention, if not more, and the doctors here seem to agree. I do not believe in the flu shot (for anyone) and while they advise to get it annually, they have never made it an issue. They have Saturday morning hours for sick child visits. When I have called outside of office hours the doctor-on-call has always returned my call well within a half hour. Have never had an issue with any kind of billing problems. Some of the wonderful Drs there 13 years ago have since retired, but the replacements are all top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
