She went on to explain how advanced the treatment of sleep apnea has become and told me I may just be able to wear a mouth piece. I was very skeptical but was pleased that the testing for sleep apnea could be done at home. After being tested and diagnosed with sleep apnea, I was fitted for the mouth piece. For some reason I remained skeptical. I thought it was all smoke-and-mirrors. Needless to say, I got the mouth piece and I have to say, I haven't slept so well in years! I have had it now for about 3 months and the only night I haven't slept is when I forgot to wear it. I have more energy at more work and more quality time with my family. In addition, my wife sleeps much better too because she doesn't have to listen to me snore all night. Thank you for being persistent with my stubbornness Dr. Elliott! Thank you for enriching my life! It was 6 months before I called because my mask was leaking air so bad and the lady says.. you're supposed to replace them regularly... So I ordered a resupply for the first time and had no idea what I was supposed to order or how. They didn't ask what size mask and just sent about 12 smalls and 1 medium, I wear a large, at least that's what I've been wearing because, as i said, they just sent me the machine in the mail and said figure it out (not literally). So I called them to get right size and they said it should be right out. 10 days later and I call back...where are my masks? Oh it takes 7 to 10 business days for them to respond to an incorrect item exchange so they should be to you by Friday. If not on Monday then call back...cause that worked so well the first 2 times. I'll be talking to my insurance about changing providers.

Make sure you go through with them step-by-step what everything is going to cost you and how much insurance will cover. I would personally call up my insurance company before I met with them to see what is covered and by how much. Do not be in a hurry. They glance over this. They also automatically send you supplies that are outrageous in price. You don't necessarily need them. You're not a bank. Customer service was awful and painful. The last time I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and I finally hung up. Additionally, they keep sending me the wrong items. I finally had to call my insurance company to get the correct answers and they told me how I got shafted.

Waited four months to get a walker and it ripped within the first week I thought that was unacceptable. I hardly used has the manager failed to provide adequate or even but equipment itself was crap. You cannot access this except for one ramp that actually on both dangerous to use for handicap people. How can a mobility equipment store that services handicap people be inaccessible or dangerous to access in a wheelchair and still be meeting legal to operat? when I tried to tell the staff about my struggle to get into the facility, a very young employee noted that they bought the business that way in a very rude manner as if she was personally responsible for it, and took offense at me being struggling to get into the building. This is unacceptable for a business that specifically sells mobility equipment for handicap people or people with injuries.

He assured me the person coming to my home would be scent free. The nice gentleman who delivered my equipment was punctual, kind, unscented, any taught me the workings of my machine easily. I felt protected by this company that they cared about my health, as well as doing a good job delivering.
