Not only are they quick and friendly, but they take great care in making sure your car is in the same condition as when you left it with them. I came here two years ago originally to get my side windows tinted for the first time, and they carefully explained to me my options and how it works. It took them less than 2 hours . Now, I recently had a problem with the tint on one of my windows due to issues my car has, being in the sun so much, and they fixed it right up within 20 minutes and even cleaned up the rest of my windows (which were very dirty) for no extra charge. I offered to tip but was immediately rejected and told that I am a valued customer and a tip was unnecessary. These guys value their customers and take pride in their work. All the previous reviews go to prove that. I've already recommended people in my family to get their tints here, and 1-2 years later, no problems whatsoever. I took my older car there 7 YEARS ago and it's STILL spotless. The tint job was immaculate, literally not a single bubble on any window. When I made an appointment, I considered cancelling initially because I had to wait a week. I am glad I waited. He explained every single tint to me, the brand he used and asked if I had any questions. He told me if the tint job doesn't come out right or if I was unhappy with it for any reason, he would completely redo any window or the entire job. I went to another tint shop recently and the customer service is night and day, I wish I brought it here again, but I was impatient. Next time, I won't make the mistake to take it anywhere else. I had brought it in at 10am and it was done by 1pm. The pricing is maybe 10% more than other places, but it's nothing when the quality and care is S tier. He takes absolute pride in his work. He asked what I thought about the job when I came to pick up the car and I was floored with the quality and still am now as it looks exactly the same as when I got it. It's disappointing to see that the quality of the window tint has worsened even further since my…read morelast review, 2 years ago (Nov 13, 2022). Since my original review, the bubbles on my windows have grown significantly, and the tint has developed additional ripples that affect visibility and overall appearance. I've uploaded new photos taken today (Nov 12, 2024) to show the progression of these issues. The rear window is still very blurry, and I'm unable to see what kind of vehicle is behind me, especially at night or in low visibility conditions. This has become a serious safety issue, as I can't clearly tell if there's an emergency vehicle, police car, or other potential hazards behind me without relying on my side mirrors. Considering the lifetime warranty is contingent on keeping a receipt (which is hard to track over many years), it's very frustrating. This company was a long-standing choice for my family, but based on my experience, we'll be looking elsewhere for our tinting needs.
