It feels like I pay for a fake warranty because nobody knows what I'm talking about. When I was buying he car the sales rep told me this is the best warranty it covers everything from inside to out but I haven't had anything covered from the warranty and they told me to go a real jeep dealership and they'll cover it and the jeep dealership had no idea what I was talking about when I was there even after I explained

I was excited about the packages offered, which played a big role in my decision to purchase a brand-new Acura Integra. Going into the dealership, I already knew exactly what I wanted, making it an easy sale. However, my sales associate, an older gentleman, put little effort into the process essentially expecting me to sell the car to myself. Despite this, I ensured that I purchased a complete care package to cover any potential damage, especially since this was a brand new vehicle. I took advantage of the specials and deals offered and left with my car feeling confident in my purchase. Fast forward two months, my car was scratched in a parking lot at work. I contacted the dealership for assistance and was instructed to email them. Despite doing so, I never received a call back from the service manager, Juan Estela. I also forwarded pictures to my sales associate, Howard who, at over 90 years old, responded to each email with just one-word answers. He stated that my scratch was not three inches long and, therefore, not covered by the policy. However, I was never provided with an actual copy of the care package policy only a single sheet of paper. Since then, I have tried multiple times to follow up, but my calls and emails are now being ignored. As a new Acura customer, this experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. Reading the other reviews seems like the services is terrible in general.

Entering into the service department, everyone was busy, yet they took a moment to acknowledge I was there. Rich Alampi, one of the service advisors, called me over and began the process. He listen to what I was there for, we went out to vehicle and he resolved one issue on the spot, the two remaining needed a mechanic to investigate. Since it was electrical, Rich suggested they drop me off at home. Waited 5 minutes for their driver, Christina, and 20 minutes later was home. Christina was pleasant, drove safely and we had a nice conversation. Later in the day, Rich, called me to update me on progress, and called later to inform me that they needed a part, it was being delivered overnight and they would work on it first thing. By 10:00 the next morning, the car was finished and they dropped it off at my home. Just like the purchasing experience I had here, it was "World Class". The entire service department worked together, a very cohesive group. Customer Service is not a catch all phrase here, it the way the do business every day. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, work with them and they will find a way to make it right for you.

I know there are people there but honestly just don't think they care to answer you. Really weird, I know... And when they do answer they put you on hold and then after 27 mins of listening to their service message then they'll forward you to absolutely nobody and that's that. No sorry we must've gotten cut off. I've literally called this place 5 times today just to see if my car was ready to be picked up. And cant even get that answer. For how much they charge you you'd figure they'd care about servicing you but they just care about the money and boy do they rip you off anyway they can. Customer service is poor to say the least. They don't even pick up during working hours anymore lol Oh yeah, to get a headlight replaced costs $420. Spark plugs $500+... with labor. let's just say I'm selling the car. Everything seems absurdly expensive and I don't feel like they are exactly trustworthy. I literally took my car in for a new headlight, oil change, put air in my tires and check for any else wrong with the car. Just a simple service will cost you thousands of dollars here with their parts and insane labor costs. I'm talking $220 just in labor cost to change a headlight. I think the last time I had this done it cost me $25 bucks. Save your money. They'll nickel and dime you to death. Jeep it's been a great ride but Reedman Toll ended that ride, something doesn't feel right about this place. I've been scammed in Miami and it feels exactly like that. Buyer Beware. 13 calls today... multiple messages left. Not 1 single call back. Reedman Toll, folks. Don't waste your time bc they will surely waste a lot more of it... of the 13 calls placed today to find out the status of my car they answered twice and forwarded me to nobody. They don't value anyone's time but their own. Probably why then never answer, too much work

As a father and me being over an hour away, I told her if she wanted, we can do a three-way call with the Toyota dealer. This way I knew she wasn't stranded and this was handled. So we then called Sloan Toyota. We explained to a lady named Jamie, who worked in the call center our situation. She then said, she would transfer me to a service advisor so they could confirm the vehicle is still under warranty, and to be sure we still had roadside assistance. We then spoke to a service advisor from Sloan Toyota. We again explained to him our situation and that the vehicle would not start. He proceeded to ask us the phone number and address for confirmation of the warranty. He told us the vehicle was in fact under warranty, but said we did not have roadside assistance. According to him, this meant we would have to tow the vehicle at our expense. I knew that wasn't correct. So when I questioned him as to how can the vehicle still be under warranty and not have roadside assistance. The gentleman got very indignant and extremely annoyed with the conversation. At that point, he told me, I had a platinum warranty and still may be responsible for a diagnostic charge of $215 an hour, depending on what they find. At this point I was beyond frustrated. As I feel like he was now just adding on and trying to upsell because of me questioning him. I told him, I also work as a service advisor at a shop and I didn't appreciate his attitude. His exact words to me were; "Then you should know better " When I continued to question him further and ask him his name, all he did was speak over me and would not let me get a word in. He then told me to get the vehicle towed back to Runnemede Toyota, the dealership I bought it from, because I obviously don't want to listen to understand and he will no longer entertain me and or this conversation. And proceeded by hanging up on me. I then called for a tow truck because Toyota was obviously not helping me, and I wasn't going to leave my daughter stranded. Once I knew the vehicle was picked up, and my daughter was safe, I then decided to call Toyota roadside assistance direct myself. They in fact confirmed that I did have roadside assistance. And there would be no charge to get the vehicle towed. At this point my tow company had already picked up the vehicle, costing me 485.00 because I had the vehicle towed back to NJ. Reason being, the service advisor from Sloan Toyota specifically told me to have it towed back to the dealership we purchased it from. And why would I take it to Sloan Toyota after this experience anyway. Moving forward the Service advisor obviously knew we were on a three way call with my daughter. But unfortunately for him, he didn't realize I was calling from a recorded line. Me being from New Jersey, it's a one party consent. Meaning I'm not required to notify that the line is being recorded. I can't help to think, that if he knew that he was on a recorded line, this would have been handled completely different. Which should not be the case and is unacceptable at any level. It's not only disgusting and dishonest but completely unprofessional to say the least. As I am currently a service advisor for an auto-repair shop, I would never speak to anybody the way I was spoken to. And or tell them to take the vehicle back to where you bought it from. If this one service advisor is a reflection of the rest of the staff they employ, I would not recommend Sloan Toyota for anything at all. Definitely not for service anyway. The intent of this review should be obvious, but I would also like and deserve a call from the service advisor with an explanation and an apology. I also feel I deserve to be reimbursed the 485.00 for the tow. I mean, I only did what Sloan Toyotas service advisor told me to do.
