It feels like I pay for a fake warranty because nobody knows what I'm talking about. When I was buying he car the sales rep told me this is the best warranty it covers everything from inside to out but I haven't had anything covered from the warranty and they told me to go a real jeep dealership and they'll cover it and the jeep dealership had no idea what I was talking about when I was there even after I explained

I was excited about the packages offered, which played a big role in my decision to purchase a brand-new Acura Integra. Going into the dealership, I already knew exactly what I wanted, making it an easy sale. However, my sales associate, an older gentleman, put little effort into the process essentially expecting me to sell the car to myself. Despite this, I ensured that I purchased a complete care package to cover any potential damage, especially since this was a brand new vehicle. I took advantage of the specials and deals offered and left with my car feeling confident in my purchase. Fast forward two months, my car was scratched in a parking lot at work. I contacted the dealership for assistance and was instructed to email them. Despite doing so, I never received a call back from the service manager, Juan Estela. I also forwarded pictures to my sales associate, Howard who, at over 90 years old, responded to each email with just one-word answers. He stated that my scratch was not three inches long and, therefore, not covered by the policy. However, I was never provided with an actual copy of the care package policy only a single sheet of paper. Since then, I have tried multiple times to follow up, but my calls and emails are now being ignored. As a new Acura customer, this experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. Reading the other reviews seems like the services is terrible in general.

Pricing seemed much higher than most dealers we have been to. When asking about pricing, I was just given a "that's how it is, that's what it costs" dismissing anything I had to say. Entering into the service department, everyone was busy, yet they took a moment to acknowledge I was there. Rich Alampi, one of the service advisors, called me over and began the process. He listen to what I was there for, we went out to vehicle and he resolved one issue on the spot, the two remaining needed a mechanic to investigate. Since it was electrical, Rich suggested they drop me off at home. Waited 5 minutes for their driver, Christina, and 20 minutes later was home. Christina was pleasant, drove safely and we had a nice conversation. Later in the day, Rich, called me to update me on progress, and called later to inform me that they needed a part, it was being delivered overnight and they would work on it first thing. By 10:00 the next morning, the car was finished and they dropped it off at my home. Just like the purchasing experience I had here, it was "World Class". The entire service department worked together, a very cohesive group. Customer Service is not a catch all phrase here, it the way the do business every day. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, work with them and they will find a way to make it right for you.

STAY AWAY FROM Reedman Toll Jenkintown PA - This is actually the dealership service department…read morewhere I purchased my vehicle, and they deserve NO stars if that was an option. This dealership service department is one of the worst in the area or that I have been to but seem to keep giving them a chance since this is where I purchased my vehicle. Their technicians as well as the service advisor (Adam) are totally incompetent. First, they are trained to nickel and dime you for service that you really don't need. One time they told me my brakes were bad and I would need new ones however I had just had my state inspection done at another dealership and passed and they would have told me that I needed brakes in order to pass inspection. Long story short I went another three years on those same brakes that Reedman Toll Jenkintown said that were bad and needed to be replaced with no issues. Last year I was told that my motor mounts were bad and needed to be replaced. Could not figure out why because I have very low milage on my car and it is not that old. Went back and forth on trying to see if this was a common thing to have to get done so soon. Had the motor mounds replaced by a different Jeep dealership in June 2025 with a one-year guarantee. Recently (Feb 13, 2026) took my vehicle to Reedman Toll Jenkintown for an oil change and they wrote on my service report that my motor mounts were bad and needed to be replaced. They were unaware that I had just had that work done at another Jeep dealership. I took my vehicle back to the dealership that replaced them to see why I would need new ones, which they guaranteed for a year. When I got to the dealership they said there was nothing wrong with my motor mounts however there was so much oil in pan and spill out over the oil coolant that it was a fire hazard. I immediately panicked and called Reedman Toll Jenkintown to see why they would allow me to leave know there was an issue with a leak that would be dangerous. Per Adam the service advisor that oild leak could have happened at any time after i left their shop mind you my oil change was on 2/10/26 and i had a appointment for 2/17/26 at the dealership that replaced my motor mounds. They provided a video which shows so much oil in the pan that is it a wonder it did not catch on fire. The conversation with Adam did not go well and his exact words to me was it was my choice who (which service dealer) i wanted to believe. His technician said I needed new motor mounts and the dealership where I had them replace said I did not need them because they are new but stressed that Reesman Toll Jenkintown should not have changed the oil if there was an issue with oil leaking which they say they noted. Any other time they come out to talk to you while your car is in the service area however no one at this dealership came out to verbally discuss their findings or send a video of what they found so they let me leave their dealership with my life in my hands knowing oil was leaking and could cause a fire. I could have lost my life or others who were riding in my vehicle with me. I would not trust them to work on a toy vehicle. No wonder there was no one waiting in the service waiting area but me. Wish I would have known the reason why prior to going but lesson has been learned on my part. Steer clear of Reedman Toll Jenkintown if you value your life and you want honest customer service. There are a ton of other Jeep Dealerships as well as small mom and pop shops out there that hire competent and certified mechanics and value you as a new or repeat customer.
