When he finished he came over but took a phone call instead of filling my tank. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your propane tanks filled at Oreland Hardware. They are very attentive and customer friendly.

No "We're sorry, but there was a misunderstanding" or "how can we help fix this situation." Just a demand that I return the vehicle.  I told the employee I couldn't cause I was alreaxy loaded up and out for work. Fast forward to hours later and I get a text message demanding I return the vehicle.  Again, no explanation, no apology.  Just a demand that I return the vehicle.  There was an offer to give me another van, but no indication of how inconvenient this was to me.  I will say that text messages don't convey connotation.  However, the text was quickly followed up by a phone call, again, demanding that I return the van.  And again, no apology or explanation.  This morning, I emptied out all my equipment to return the van.  I assume I was speaking to a completely different employee when I dropped off, but I FINALLY received an apology and was told the reservation was entered improperly by them.  So a mistake made by the employees, but I had to deal with the consequences and interrupt my day.  I will not be returning to this U-Haul not even for my propane needs.

My account was over charged not once, but twice. The gas gauge is usually wrong on paper that was presented to me. Friday I rented a truck and retuned the truck on the same day and was charged for three days. Monday after calling again from calling on Saturday to clear a text message stating "to return already retuned equipment" I was charged Monday for three days. How un business like, if I called Saturday to clear things up and manager told me he would handle it. The Rep on Monday explained this will take 72 hours to clear up the the information for a full return. I was was robbed not once but twice. Is this how this company makes it money?

We also bought some matress covers here to cover our matress and sofa. We were in and out of the store in 20 min, no problems at all. The truck seats were relatively clean for a used truck. The back where you actually store your belongings was dirty but we covered all our furniture and we were okay with our boxes getting dirty so The uhaul website also had the options to hire movers to help us load/unload. We hired We Move from Manayunk and they were super awesome -- I'd recommend them. The whole move (approx 10 miles) cost us around $350 including the truck, truck insurance, friendly movers, and tip too!

It feels like I pay for a fake warranty because nobody knows what I'm talking about. When I was buying he car the sales rep told me this is the best warranty it covers everything from inside to out but I haven't had anything covered from the warranty and they told me to go a real jeep dealership and they'll cover it and the jeep dealership had no idea what I was talking about when I was there even after I explained

I was excited about the packages offered, which played a big role in my decision to purchase a brand-new Acura Integra. Going into the dealership, I already knew exactly what I wanted, making it an easy sale. However, my sales associate, an older gentleman, put little effort into the process essentially expecting me to sell the car to myself. Despite this, I ensured that I purchased a complete care package to cover any potential damage, especially since this was a brand new vehicle. I took advantage of the specials and deals offered and left with my car feeling confident in my purchase. Fast forward two months, my car was scratched in a parking lot at work. I contacted the dealership for assistance and was instructed to email them. Despite doing so, I never received a call back from the service manager, Juan Estela. I also forwarded pictures to my sales associate, Howard who, at over 90 years old, responded to each email with just one-word answers. He stated that my scratch was not three inches long and, therefore, not covered by the policy. However, I was never provided with an actual copy of the care package policy only a single sheet of paper. Since then, I have tried multiple times to follow up, but my calls and emails are now being ignored. As a new Acura customer, this experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. Reading the other reviews seems like the services is terrible in general.
