I would like to thank patricia for her service yesterday . I made an appointment for massage 60 minutes. I had so much pain in my neck, in my shoulders in my back. I just had my first session with Patricia. She was fabulous. She explained what she does (not your typical massage) and made sure I was able to handle the pressure through the whole massage. She took before and after pictures of my posture and the difference was proof of her work. And truthfully, I could tell that my posture was better as soon as I stood up from the table. Received my first Performance Alignment Therapy (PAT) session with Patricia's healing hands. It truly was a therapy session and an answer to my prayers. I've been dealing with bad posture, back and neck pains, and scoliosis for a long time. I was referred to Patricia by my manicurist who told me about the PAT she had done, and how big of a difference it made. I texted Patricia a few weeks later and told her my story, about how I was seeing a chiropractor (who also recommended I see a massage therapist) yet still feeling very tense and needing constant adjustment. So I have to start off by saying Patricia is not only Friendly, professional and knowledgeable but has Magical hands! My wife has been getting massages by Patricia for her lower back and sciatic pain about a year now and there has been a Huge difference how my wife feels since she started. Then when we got pregnant, my wife's sciatic pain got worse. Performance allignment therapy with Patricia has done so many amazing things for me, but my favorite thing is how it has aided in my self awareness of my body. During my therapy sessions I can tell Patricia when my fascia will be moving back in place. The best way I can describe it is a ball of pressure being released slowly at first then all at once and it feels amazing! My posture has dramatically improved. And my hips!!
