Review of Summit Brokerage.. Norman Robbins did wrong by my…read morefather and I. we should have never switched from Wells Fargo. not only did we see a substantial decrease in dividends, but when I confronted Norman, he slammed down the phone, he HUNG UP ON ME. HE IS IN NEED OF SERIOUS ANGER MANAGEMENT !! his firm is located on 7807 Steeplechase Dr PBG. I am going to report him to the SEC. He even lost paperwork so as we could not receive our dividends. we had to resign and email back to his office. we originally signed the exact same document when we first met, however he running out the door and going on vacation. this was obviously more important than our business interest. if you want good investment service, I personally reccomend Wells Fargo and ask for Croft Meeker. He asks all the right questions pertaining to your needs and he is conservative. Norman placed us in some stocks which were not considered stable, though they paid a good dividend, the company was on shaky ground and not even rated. Norman is a smooth talking criminal who is not to be trusted. again, he slammed down the phone on me, that is about as professional as discussing finances with a toddler. may karma come around and take everything away from this con-artist. after confronting him on the phone about my first quarterly earnings (less than $3100.00 on 1mil dollars) again, he had the gumption to hang up on me. I will work diligently to spread the word he is a fraud and is probably skimming money off the top. he reminds me of a Bernie Madoff !! almost forgot, he charged us $1000.00 dollars to move our money to his firm. he stated those were transfer fees from the other bank. so I called Wells Fargo and they stated the fee was only $200.00 dollars. again proving Norman Robbins is a thief and a liar. dad and I met with a Well Fargo financial advisor to reinvest our monies with them. we revised our stock portfolio and he took the time to help us spread the risk. and he found highly questionable stocks that Norman Robbins put us in as the were not rated and put out a 10% return which is impossible in this day and age. eventually that stock will fold and we would have been out of a lot of money. Thus, Norman is a fraud and risk your money with unrated or B class stocks. He is a thief and a liar and will take advantage of you and invest your money in risky businesses. whereas WF will look at our selection and take it to their analyst to make sure our choices are safe and wise. WF will even send a representative to your home for your convenience. these guys are professionals 100% and will do everything to protect your investments. plus the broker is paid based on how well your assets perform. he only takes a small percentage on new purchases which is well deserved on their part. I had no idea how far Wells Fargo went to protect your investments. oh, if you don't make money, neither do they. thus if an unfortunate event occurs where your stock selection makes nothing, Wells Fargo takes no fees. Submit Brokerage take their fees even if you dont make money. if you are with Summit Brokerage, I highly recommend you seek another firm who has analyst to double check your decisions.

This particular office, like all offices of Merrill Lynch is pretty much top of league having an upper class financial/banker like décor and atmosphere about it. The people who work here are all perfectly mannered and just about as polite and friendly as anyone could ever be and all professionals at what they do. There are two things about dealing with Merrill Lynch that I particularly like. The first is that as an investment house associated with one of the world's largest banks, Bank of America, they have a depth of resources and available expertise to tap into. So, when things get a little out of the usual like requiring some knowledge of IC-Disc partnerships in order to gain foreign sales preferences, matters of depletion allowances as opposed to run of the mill depreciations, non-participatory royalty as opposed to participatory working interests and such, they usually have someone somewhere available within their organization who does have an expertise in those areas. The second is that every time I've ever read any of their proposals or recommendations, they've generally been tailor made, not just a one size fits all, for the situation of the individual investor or individual investor needs. Also, I've found them to be well written, well thought out, and done in what are rather admirable forms of presentation.
