They got everything working properly again and even got my spa working as it had never worked before. I apologize but you will need to find another company for all three pools . At Martinez you have too many cracks in the pool and per Mauricio pool looses too much water and will make us use a lot more chemicals. Sorry for this but I can no longer help". I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.

I contacted Bob Christmas Eve because of pool issues I was having. Bob also gave me recommendations for maintenance and I ended up hiring one of them that also knew how to address the problem, I was having without having to go to a more aggressive route. I appreciate that even though I didn't hire Bob for his services, he was able to provide me with contacts to give me options on solving my problem. I highly recommend you contact Bob because I learned through this process that a number of maintenance vendors use him for their repairs and whether he can or can't directly help you, he will refer you to someone that will! On our latest visit, fed up with yet another failed attempt to use the spa, we tried calling their current pool guy. After not getting any response from him, I searched Yelp, came across Outback Pools, and called thinking we would be lucky if we heard back on a Saturday afternoon. Well Bob picked up right away and was able to come to my parents' house the same day. Not only is Bob responsive, he is also genuinely a nice guy. He spent quite some time sussing out several issues with the pool system that the previous pool guys had failed to mention to my parents. They knew that they didn't use the pool often and were counting on the fact that they wouldn't notice. Bob was extremely patient, carefully explaining each issue and what was needed for the pool to function properly. He had the opportunity to upsell my parents on a number of items and/or labor but instead honestly advised them on where they could save money. Bob and Outback Pools are proof that excellent customer service is still out there if you look for it.
