She is an elderly woman who is distressed over the damage and the fact that they didn't even have the courtesy to clean up the shattered glass for her! He did clean up the large pieces, but left glass on the chairs and patio floor for her to deal with. Do better, Shasta Gutter! Taking advantage of the elderly does not speak well for your business.

I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company.
