We will sign a contract again this winter. We also started using their lawn services for the first time this year and are extremely happy. Do not use this company, especially not for stonework. They are not licensed to do masonry work,…read moreand their work is of poor quality, and in fact dangerous (We have steps that are falling apart, that were installed relatively recently, due to being done completely incorrectly). We also learned that they did not file permits for this work. The business owner has confusing billing practices wherein he charges for services that were not discussed or approved, and when questioned about his practices, ceases returning calls and withholds information. They overcharge and underdeliver. There are many other, better, landscaping and masonry companies to use in the area. Update: in response to this review, and placing a complaint with the village for his withholding information and completing work without permits or a license, he sent an offensive, threatening email, complete with misogynistic name-calling, threats, and accusations of things that never occurred. You've been warned!

I have found great satisfaction in dealing with not just the owner of this company, John Ciccio, but with his staff as well. They have been more than impressive in handling each and every demand I have placed on them. From redesigning/revamping all of my garden beds, to the design of my many planter pots, to the removal and replacement of all of the trees on my property, this company has proven to place great importance on the satisfaction of their clients. I could not be more satisfied with the exemplary performance in the replacement of my driveway: They have a great eye for design and stone placement, creating a most impressive stone drive for me, using Unilock Pavers. I highly recommend JC Landscape and Design for all of your landscaping needs, including tree service as well as driveway replacement and snow removal.

I contacted the business using the chat feature and the bot (an assumption) said to wait a minute to track someone down. After 5 minutes, I asked for a status update and received no response. After 10 minutes, a message popped up saying no one was available and to submit my contact details. The chat then was closed immediately, and I was unable to submit my information. I realize business is good for snow removal companies this year, but there's no excuse for ignoring a potential customer who has invested time contacting the business through its own channels. It's unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your time.
