If I pay for an item and you receive the payment, start making the order, tell me the order is ready for pick up, you can't tell me when I arrive to pick it up that I owe you more money. That is NOT the proper way to do business. Everyone is rude, did not receive a bag, receipt or a thank you. I was looking for a bridal shower gift to be embroidered and posted on a Facebook group for Oakland County for a recommendation. Perfect Trading Co. was able to do exactly what I wanted, for less than what I was quoted elsewhere. It was done quickly while I waited (whereas two other places told me it would be at least 3 days), and the best part is they let me bring my dog in! I would highly recommend them and I plan to go back in the future for additional work. They were so nice and helpful. read more

Fully disagree with whomever is C.L. I'm not a who's who of Birmingham or Bloomfield. Went in because my daughter had received some gifts over the past couple of years from this palace so I figured I would give it a try. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful from the first moment. She did not know me and I did not know her. She has an eye for what she does. They have very cute clothes, although you do not need to buy their items in order to "Bling" it out. You can bring your own items in. Thanks for a great experience. So I had 3 hours before leaving on a vacation with my family and I really wanted to surprise them with fun personalized matching tshirts. I ran over to Perfect Trading Company and Brian made it happen! We created a simple design and when I came back an hour later Audrey brought them out to my car and I was on my way! The associates at Perfect Trading made my experience one that I can't forget. My first time in the store and it won't be my last! They helped me choose my gift, had it embroidered, and gift wrapped in less than 3 hours where other places were telling me they would need 2-3 days. i had to return several items from the holiday. one of the items was ripped. i tried to return the next week but the entire store was closed for over a week. i got sick and ended up in the hospital with an ilness ive had most of my life. it took a while to recover. i tried to return the items that were damaged and or did not fit. i did not expect a full refund and i only wanted to exchange for other equal product . the owner was a complete jerk. he would not work with me at all .he did not care about my situation. i have spent tons of money in the store over time . i spent 108.00$ on this purchase and he would only give me 34$ twords something else. i will never shop in this store again ever. he has no customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

My family and I have been going to Perfect Trading Co. ever since it opened. We have always loved the unique gift ideas and the outstanding service. I play hockey for Cranbrook's Girls Varsity B team and we decided very last minute that we wanted warm-up jackets for the season. I contacted Perfect Trading Co. to see if they could do the printing for each individual jacket. Most companies take 3-4 weeks to print around 20 jackets, and it's usually extremely expensive. Perfect Trading was able to do it for a very fair price and it took them under a week to finish them. The jackets look even better than I expected, and the whole team loves them. Everyone at Perfect Trading is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Perfect Trading, especially for any custom printing. read more
