(I advise not being in any work from home meetings during that period of time because it's loud) After pre-treatment, he worked on each room with 12 gallon tank of clean hot water and dumped out gallons of filthy black water that used to harbor all the dirt and grime baked into the carpet. I've used Rug Doctors before but the level of clean is significantly different with the expensive machinery Marc had on hand. After he was done I felt comfortable walking around barefoot on those carpets, which is something I couldn't say beforehand at all! You really get what you pay for.
