I went to Perfect Teeth the first time yesterday and I felt so welcomed and cared for. Setting up my initial appointment was a breeze and they were able to get me set up with another appointment within the next few weeks which is almost unheard of with other dentist. It was such a personable experience which I haven't had for a while with other dentist. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Horrible! Getting an attorney! Con artists ! Went in for a infected tooth, the did 2 root canals...the kept canceling my appointment so it took 6 months, then when reinstalling my bridge they ground it to nothing saying it couldn't be saved. So I had to get a new bridge but went with no front teeth for 3 months. 8k later and a week after it was complete the infection is back. So 8k for no results. UPDATE: I tried several times to contact there emergency number but keep getting nothing, with no returned call! Simply the worse. The front office has given me faulty information on billing and prices every single time. for instance they will tell me at a check up that a filling costs $150, I'll get the filling done and they will tell me it's actually $250 dollars and then I will receive a bill for $400. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone, taking over an hour many times. My filling was done improperly, when I came to get it fixed I was also charged for that. My 16 year old daughter went in for a routine cleaning, prior to her getting taking back I told her hygienist that we will not be doing the fluoride treatment on her. My daughter was back there for about 5 mins, and her hygienist was trying to talk her into it for her next couple of visits to see if she'll like it or not, My daughter getting frustrated, obviously told her all fluoride related questions including the type of toothpaste she uses had to go threw us as parents. Her hygienist said she had a bad attitude and kicked her out. I went back in and she proceeded to tell me it was all about toothpaste?? whatever I guess cover your ass right. She came out talking at me, not to me. I got frustrated with her immediately, she was rude and unprofessional. She than told me it was my fault for my daughters attitude back in the room, word's were said. These people that think they have a higher responsibly for your kids than you need to go. I was not happy with my visit here at all and I will not be returning. The dental hygienist made me feel super uncomfortable and was very obnoxious. He told me he was keeping me longer and cleaning my teeth extra well because he "liked me" and kept making unnecessary comments like that. I left very upset because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. Also, they had very high prices. For my fillings, it would have cost me over 200 dollars with dual insurance. At the dentist I am going to now, the total price was 50 dollars. But even with the prices, I will not return because of that dental hygienist. read more

I had been looking for a dentist to do some crowns and fillings that accepted medicade, I found perfect teeth and their excellent staff. The dentist and her team got everything I needed approved and taken care of quickly and professionally. Having been on medicade I have found most doctors and dentists look down on or treat me differently but not at Perfect Teeth, I cant stress enough how great they have been! read more

This place is full of crooks and I wish I saw the reviews before going there. I was told I have 9 cavities when I went there. I got a second opinion and only had two cavities. They told me that is was ok and that they were practicing medicine. They are fine with stealing from you and your insurance company. Overall, I had a very good experience with this dentist office. The service was fast, my appointment on time and everyone was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, a front desk employee made an extremely inappropriate comment about a client, which was easily heard from the waiting room. After getting off the phone, she commented that the clients that she was talking to were "acting retarded" and that she was in a bad mood. This review is for Dr. Marwah! She's awesome! I had a toothache and when I went to the Perfect Teeth in Boulder, they referred me to thie Loveland location for an emergency root canal because the Boulder office had closed. They called ahead to let them know I was coming and had an hour drive. Dr. Marwah stayed open late for me to perform the emergency root canal and didn't rush or appear inconvenienced at all -- she even thanked me for coming and was happy she could help with my excruciating pain. I had already been partially numbed and my tooth drilled into in Boulder, and I was an absolute mess, in intense pain. Dr. Marwah was absolutely professional and made me feel comfortable with her strong calm energy and knowledgeable explanations. She has gone above and beyond for me, calling in to check on me and showing genuine concern for my health and well-being. At first I was not happy about driving to Boulder to Loveland but I am so grateful that Dr. Marwah did my root canal. She is the best! Thank you Dr. Marwah! read more

Never again will I use this company. Went in for a broken tooth and was provided an estimate based on four crowns and a bridge. I was told they put in the wrong insurance and the estimate for the total fee was $4,337. Upon returning for my appointment to complete the bridge, they presented me a new quote a $5,146. The first quote was based on four crowns and a bridge and the second quote was based on three crowns and a bridge, because I caught the error in the extra Crown while I was there for an extraction. The explanation was that the insurance they inserted earlier was incorrect and that they needed to charge a higher fee since the original quote of the total fee was based on the insurance they messed up in the first place. When this happened, the dentist said "we will work with you." Clearly, another misnomer . So beware, cash-paying customers. My fee doubled because I was paying cash and they had no limitations of insurance. After explaining my position to them to the individual who made the error, I received a return call from the manager. She claimed that it was illegal to charge the lower fee even though it was their mistake. After visiting 4 dentists in my area and showing them these quotes, they all told me that their fees for the same work was about $1,000 less than Perfect Teeth for a cash-paying customer. All four of them contradicted the claim of it being illegal to honor their original quote. I would be out of business if I operated this way. Never again. read more

Several years ago I transferred to here from the Perfect Teeth office on Eisenhower because of long delays in the waiting room. I have not been here in quite a while, due to financial issues. I now find myself with dental issues that that require immediate attention. I called in today and was asked if I could be placed on a "brief" hold. I consented. Literally 6 minutes later, I was still on hold, and so terminated the call. This does not bode well for future interactions. Consequently, I will be looking elsewhere for my dental needs. read more

I went in for dry mouth from "Hyposalivation" Hypo meaning lack of, with a 20oz water bottle that I have to take with me so I don't start choking from dry throat. She the dentist tells me after rubbing her finger on my lower gum, looks "like you have saliva" & I told her that's probably from the galloon of water I drank before I came in & why I immediately had to use the restroom. She tells me, a MD has to prescribe you that, the pharmacist will call me & ask why I'm prescribing you that along with other bulls**t I think most readers see it. When has a pharmacist ever questioned anyone that writes prescriptions? To ask her why she's going against her colleagues? Makes sense later. The dryness is causing my gums to recede & I told her all my teeth are moving around & food always gets stuck between them. She tells me, "we have to take measurements of your gums & do labs. WTF? She can't see how thin they are, loose teeth doesn't spark what she learned. Must've been on a hangover each time that brought up in school, she doesn't notice the drink I carry More over she has the audacity to tell me a over the counter patch they make for "dry mouth" but, I don't have "dry mouth" these sights don't let me tell "all" look up CO corruption, or my blogs. Blood deficiency & deficiency of kidney essence is the cause of receding gums but she is uneducated, incompetent, or deceitful. A dentis that is educated knows about "Pilocarpine", "Salagen" to name a few. Plus medication for dehydration. She's conspired w/ Longmont United & Boulder Community health. These hospitals are known for domestic terrorism. LUH murdered my mom & tricked me into drinking toxins that gave me cirrhosis, so I have no energy to pursue my $365.Million law suit on the state & them, when I went to BCH for my cirrhosis & shoulder pain the Asian doctor had his nurse inject me with an epoxy that made my liver have spasms for 3 nights then it slowly hardened, in addition he had them give me an MRI on my intestines knowing the dye damages kidneys. All this for "shoulder pain & liver discomfort" The injection is drying up my sinuses, gums, liver, kidneys & they are lethal! This is pertinent to the story. Officer Hazen planted drugs on me to make the hospital look good, & to make it easier to stalk me. It's a trade off! Ofc. Hazen made them look good so their trying to make my teeth fall out & make my sinuses collapse so LPD can go around the state grand standing while stating it's all from drugs I did. Boulder county doctors & police have been stalking me since 9/4/00 because, they was scared of what I tell people about them & had to discredit me. This Perfect Teeth location is great! The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I have never had a dentist office that has taken such good care of my family and we are happy to continue coming here. I usually fear having to get a filling taken care of but I can honestly say that this last time was no problem at all. They took care of me and helped me feel less anxious. Plus they did amazing work! They also have a good dental insurance plan available through perfect teeth if needed. All around a great dentist office! read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I had 4 fillings done at this location and was in pain during and after. My dentist here was too busy talking to her assistant to care that I announced I was in pain while getting these fillings. They were rough and I was in so so so much pain for about a week after. I moved and went to the Perfect Teeth in Thornton and my dentist was looking at my xrays and did a full exam and was disappointed in the work this Loveland office did. I had one tooth out of the 4 that got fillings that was a decaying tooth and my dentist in Thornton said they didn't remove any of the decay and basically covered my tooth in the filling product and called it good. I am happier with the Thornton office. They did 2 fillings yesterday and plan on fixing the 4 this Loveland office did and were so honest and caring. I will never step foot into this Loveland location ever again, unless I want to be in pain and get a poor dental procedure done. read more

I never been to such a terrible dental place. As consumer, they try to nickel dime every opportunity. In the last few months dr. De nicola left, the operation manager Jeanette shepherd and office assistant Annie also left the dental office. It makes you wondered what is going on. I was asked to do root canal on 2 of my teeth. I asked for the treatment plan. I even reconfirm with the operation manager if pricing was accurate. I even went to get a second opinion from another dentist. After comparing prices, I decided to proceed with the root canal treatment. I came back for follow up after 3 weeks later. Many personnel have changed. Including the office personnel and doctor. Before I started the follow up procedure, I was caution to ask the attending nurse if this follow up is part of the original treatment plan. To my surprise, the nurse pulled up a new treatment plan I never seen before and required me to agree to pay before they proceed. The doctor stopped by to see me and told me the consequences of not having the procedure complete today. Wow.. I never felt so threatened. First they made the mistake by not bring upfront on thier treatment plan. Then they surprised you with extra hefty charhes. The new operation manager called their regional manager and explain the situation. I wasted 1.5 hours and they refused to admit their internal issue and refuse follow up treatment unless I pay for it. Profits first before customer. I am left with a temporary filling because of the management negligence of providing accurate information to customers. How sad indeed. Iast year I went to comfort dental and had zero cavities. I thought id try perfect teeth. They fed me with so much crap. Told me I needed root canals and 7crowns and a deep clean. They wanted $5k to pay all their medical bills. Went back to my normal dentist. One crown later and zero root canals I am happy and only spent $210. Please you have been warned. The dentist was a no sho!!! I received a bill in the mail for $267.00!!! My tooth now hurts so bad I can't eat, & have to drink with a straw!!!!
