After settling myself into Fort Collins I was referred to Dr. Murphy and his staff. I cannot say enough good things about them!! From start to finish they made me feel so good and taken care of. I never had any question of their capability simply by how thorough they were. In a previous wisdom tooth removal due to emergency I had to have one tooth taken out and was very heavily sedated, it was not very comfortable. I walked into Dr Murphy's office with some usual Jitters about having to undergo surgery but I was in and out in a flash. I was amazed to remember waking up in the office and my wheelchair ride all the way down to the car. Ever since I've been healing wonderfully and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to visit Doctor Murphy and his staff. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My son had his four wisdom teeth removed a few years ago without any complications as well. I recommend Dr. Orr 100% he is wonderful!!!

The surgery went far more smoothly than I anticipated, and my recovery was easier than I expected because of the outstanding care I received. When I returned the same day with bleeding complications, Dr. Thurgood applied sutures WITHOUT any local anesthetic and WITHOUT warning me this would be painful. The experience was traumatic - I had severe pain and difficulty breathing during the procedure. Beyond this incident: Minimal pre-operative counseling about what to expect or watch for No information provided about common complications like dry socket (which I developed) Poor availability for post-operative support when complications arose I ultimately needed care from another oral surgeon, Dr. Michael Bingham, whose professionalism and clear communication showed me what proper care looks like. Patients deserve informed consent, appropriate pain management, and accessible follow-up care. I did not receive these basic standards. The lack of communication and transparency made a routine procedure unnecessarily difficult and traumatic. I share this to help others make informed decisions about their care.

I was told "well it's only been a month" except when the services were performed they sure didn't wait a month for us to pay them! They also said they would bill the secondary insurance but they never did. If you are fortunate to have insurance, please beware it does not go smoothly. They also upsell some "antibiotic rinse" that is above and beyond the normal antibiotic rinse and then say that the insurance company won't cover it. Can we all say "up sell"? Even though they advertised being open and having appointments available online. Whoever manages this location should really consider what message they're sending their patients if they're not even going to be open when they are advertising. In addition, some training for your professional staff might be a good idea. And finally, lock your fucking doors if you're not open.

Another patient mentioned that she thought it was filthy as well. With four people working behind the front desk, one would think that there would be attention to detail and front office cleanliness. It was overreaching for the receptionist to request my personal medical insurance information, which is not used for routine dental cleanings. When I took a few extra seconds to use a tissue to hold the electronic pen for a signature, I told her I just wanted to make sure that I did not pick up someone else's germs. She stated "we wipe it off every morning ", whereas she should've said "it is cleaned between EACH patient".
