They said I didn't have proof, here's my proof. The employee that answers the phone blocked me because she refuses to compensate me on an item one of the cleaners had broke. The lady that answered is highly unprofessional through text and voice call. She will make every excuse in the book not to accept fault.

Let me start off by saying, I am in property management and use cleaning vendors daily. I am very knowledgeable of what an acceptable cleaning job looks like. This company does NOT meet those standards in any way! I will be providing the disgusting pictures of what this company considers acceptable. I hired them for a "move out cleaning" Good quality cleaners know exactly what this means. However, lucky for them, the house was pretty much clean, I just needed hem to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen. I contracted them last min due to my vendors having an emergency and couldn't make it. I chose them strictly off their reviews as they seem to have a lot. However at this point I'm thinking the positive reviews must ether being paid for or employees. This IS the WORST CLEANING COMPANY EVER!!!! Basic stuff wasn't done, they didn't touch my dishwasher as the pics will show all the geese caked on it. The cabinets doors were unbelievable sticky, the pics will also show how nasty they left the cabinets and light fixtures... And I'm not talking dusty... I'm talking sticky, grimy, caked on crud, geese and oil. I ended up redoing the enter kitchen myself and the amount of Nasty Clorox wipes that I had them throw away was unimaginable. Please look at the pics I attached just to prove how I couldn't be exaggerating if I tried. At the end of the horrible experience, I reached out to them and questioned everything. Showed her pics, sent MANY videos and all they kept saying was "you said they were great" I said the women were great, very kind and fast, however the work SUCKED!! I was moving in that day and had a zillion things going on around me the last thing I should have to do is redo the work I PAID FOR!!! She told me she would send the women back but by that point, I had already redo it all myself and send her videos of me doing it!! She refused to give me any money back and eventually stopped communicating with me all together to find a appropriate solution. The lack of accountability on this companies part is absolutely astounding!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself a shit ton of money and DO NOT hire this company! I paid $450 bucks for nothing but a dirty ass house and a nasty taste in my mouth! I will be reporting them and circulating how bad their work ethic and quality of work is amongst my industry professionals. I would be happy to share more details if anyone wans o direct massage me. I have many many videos as well.

The worst experience ever. This review is for recurring appointments (every 3 weeks) that were set up for regular cleaning of the house, so if you are getting a one time deep clean for move in or move out, your experience and quality of service might be different (I haven't gotten that done so I can't comment on it.) Number of things that are making me give them a 1 star review: 1. They overcharge you : The first time they came to my house, they were working very slowly and wanted to drag it for 2hrs so they can get their payment for 2hrs. Once I set up recurring appointments, they fixed my hourly rate and automatically charged me for 2hrs every service. The cleaners came and used to take 1hr and 15mins and after I called the owner multiple times, he finally started charging me for 1.5hrs after at least 3-4 months. Which again didn't seem fair because I never got a refund for the times they worked for 1.25hrs and I had to continue to pay for 1.5hrs! 2. Not punctual: I had these appointments set up for the full year and yet they continued to have "clashes" and always came late. I don't understand if I'm pre booked, how can they have clashes. If I had made a last minute appointment, I can understand, but since that's not the case, it only tells me how committed they are. They never give you a heads up about them being late so there is no way you can plan around it. If the time that they come at (which is 1 or 2hrs after your alloted time slot), they will charge you cancellation fee because you weren't home when the cleaners got there. In fact, there are times when the cleaners coming home are not even aware of your time slot. They say they are on time and that's what the Manager told them when preparing the schedule. 3. Weak Management and customer service: They are very rude and don't care if you are having bad experiences. I have highlighted it to them multiple times with absolutely no improvement, which is why I finally discontinued the service. I gave them enough feedback on the phone (which merely consisted of me telling them - give me any time slot, just be on time). It was too much to ask apparently. 4. Cancellation Policy is very one sided: If you have to cancel, you have to honor 24hrs cancellation window. However, there have been times where they have canceled the service or rescheduled because of a "conflict" literally a few hours before they are supposed to come, and sometimes when I text them to get and ETA and their response is a new time slot which you have to make it work otherwise they expect you to leave the keys to your house outside and their staff can come and clean. Or you schedule for another day with no guarantee on what time they will arrive. This is the Bay Area, there is always someone who will give you a better service for lesser price. Don't waste your time here. Agreed that whenever they come they clean the house but because of all the above hassle, I really don't think this is worth it and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is a review for the deep cleaning move out service. I was suggested to hire this company through my rental company when I was moving out. The pricing seemed competitive and it was easy to schedule an appointment. If I knew what I know now I would of hired the other suggested cleaning service. The day of the appointment two women showed up to clean my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for $180. They stated that it should take 2 hours to complete. The women started at 9:30am and I returned around 11am to check on their progress. One of the women approached me and stated that they had finished cleaning the apartment, but the vacuum was broken and they needed to wait for a different cleaning crew to drop a new one off. The women waited outside in her car for around 35 minutes for a different crew to drop off a vacuum. The women assured me that I would not be charged for the time they needed to wait for the vacuum. The cleaning crew left around 11:45am. I returned to my apartment to find that the cleaning crew did a subpar wipe down on the apartment, there was clearly items that we not cleaned and that I went over with a Clorox wipe and the marks were easily removed. I contacted Shirley who managed the women and stated that I was upset with the service and sent her pictures of items that we not cleaned. When I talked about decreasing the price I was being charged for the cleaning she insisted that the cleaning crew come back "they need to learn what they did wrong" (her words not mine) and that I should show them what they missed (If I hired deep cleaning I expect not to have to babysit the cleaners). The cleaners came back and told me that what I was pointing out to them were scratches that needed to be painted over. They begrudgingly wiped down randoms items and when they left I could hear them on the phone with Shirley stating, "they are scratches that needed to be painted over not marks we missed". When I asked the women about being charged for the 2 full hours even though they didn't clean that entire time she told me that while she was waiting in the car the other cleaner hadn't finished the kitchen and so she was still working during that time (Last time I checked I hired two cleaners not one). I ended up deep cleaning my apartment and afterwards sent Shirley a 2nd round of pictures of items missed before and after I had cleaned them (remind you I only had Clorox wipes not proper cleaning materials) she merely apologized for my inconvenience. When my manager did my move out walk through a day later she noted that the apartment was not cleaned properly. I notified her that I used the service that they suggested and she stated that I would need to send them the invoice to prove that I had hired them. I had to reach out to Shirley TWO more times to get the invoice emailed to me. In the end I paid full price for a subpar cleaning (definitely not deep cleaning) in which the workers didn't work the entire time and all I got in the end was an apology and extra work. The integrity and honestly of this company is highly questionable. I found them on yelp , but Im writing up a review for my experience. I start using their cleaning service nearly a year ago. Inconsistency of scheduling from the disorganized management was one of the problem. Maids either show up late or they call and said they want to come early. That didn't bother me the most. As long as they charge a fair rate and get the job done. I don't have major issue with them until another serious problem arise recently. My bathroom faucet and bathroom sliding door handles have severe discoloration. (See pictures ). And I found that out after the latest cleaning service done by a maid named Erica , she has been the one cleaning my house all year long. I believe this maid have used erosive cleanser which discolored the surface of faucet. I called perfect shine management and complained. At first the two Brother owners - Marc and Eric said the maid is gone to Mexico. Then they said the maid told them my faucet has always been like that way. And they have kept picture as proof. But yet , either them or the maid is unable to locate the pictures !? ( how hilarious!). They have to wait til the maid comes back from Mexico and then go from there. It's been 3 weeks now and no calls from perfect shine and no follow up about the pictures they said they have as proof. It's very obviously they're not going to take any responsibilities and address the complaint. Yelpers : So my experience tells me that when you bring up complains about their service ( see another review from Shao-Wen about money stolen and Candy S about damaged stove) they don't want to deal with you. It's all excuses and made up of stories by Perfect Shine to make you go away and deny all responsibilities of their mistake. My suggestion is - you take pictures of your appliances and vanities before they came to your house so you can keep a record of it. This way you don't run into dispute with them and their tricks cannot fly.

Based on the exchange, it was recommended that I book their 2 hour service. In the 2 hours that they were here (team of two), the upstairs bathrooms were completely revitalized. You can tip via the website when you pay the invoice but I opted for cash tips; $80 per since my bathrooms were large and I understand it wasn't an easy task to do especially if a deep cleaning was needed and selected. Ronnie and I were extremely happy w/ the outcome and would recommend this service if you need to clean your place to move out. If money wasn't an issue, I would use this service to clean the entire house once every 2 weeks.
