I understand there is limited staff, and I realize they have to turn their attention to other customers and tasks, but I would have liked to watch our dog more through the back windows before committing to leaving her there for the day. I'm guessing there were between 70 and 100 dogs in the play area, and most seemed well-adjusted and content. However, it seemed a bit much, and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving our dog there. She loves playing but could not connect with any specific dog and was overwhelmed by the many dogs showing interest in her. We watched for at most 10 minutes, and the whole time, she was looking to hide, running from the other dogs with her tail between her legs. The staff was present, monitoring behavior and cleaning up, so the issue for me is the number of dogs, not the staff. I asked if there was a maximum number of dogs they allowed, and without a yes or no, I was told the number of kennels they had, which was over 250. The kennels can hold more than one dog at a time, so it's feasible that 300 dogs could be there if all the kennels were full. The kennels are in a climate-controlled warehouse-type area with individual chain-link "suites" and the regular areas. The difference is a little more square footage, and a webcam comes with the suite. I'd summarize this place as the big box store of doggy daycares where you'll get everything you need, but not necessarily the best experience for the pet. This review is based on my personal experience. I am not seeking a refund, to be made whole again, or for changes to be made. It is simply informative.

We called ahead and Avery calmed us down with immediate knowledge and comfort remedies to get there as it was a hour drive . Upon arrival Avery quickly came to us and too Leah for vitals . She explained possibilities and assured us Leah would start feeling better soon . A bonus to Avery was Dr Dielmann . He was amazing to say the least! We were nervous and scared about what he was going to convey. He gave us hope that the chances of a less severe diagnosis was probable. He was so understanding and sensative to our feelings. Our little Leah is doing better and highly recommend Avery and Dr Dielmann. Thank you for everything . !

Now we have two, Gracie and Gretel, after losing our beloved Siamese Hansel yesterday. I still stand by what I said then and have grown to love this clinic even more. Dr. Peterson is our primary veterinarian. His level of care and concern for our cats are beyond reproach. We consider him and the whole staff to be part of our extended pet family. We recently worked with Dr. Doty and Dr. Peterson on Hansel, who was diagnosed with a heart murmur/heart disease as a kitten. That diagnosis was spot on, and Dr. Peterson let us know that our time with him could be limited. We had 5 great years with him. During recovery from a routine procedure this week, Hansel experienced heart failure and respiratory distress. Dr. Doty and the team proactively called the local emergency vet and worked hand in hand with them to transport him and care for him in an attempt to keep him as comfortable as possible until we had to make that dreaded decision we had to make eventually. A special thanks to Lisa, the hospital administrator, and one of the techs who created a makeshift oxygen crate and did the transport to Mission Specialty/Emergency. That was above and beyond and shows what they will do to save our pets. The follow-up and heartfelt sympathies were much appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Peterson, Dr. Doty, Lisa, and the team, for all you have done for us!
