So in total I have been here 3 times . The last two times Andy did my nails. He is supposed to to be the pro expert . He was so busy taking care of everyone else , taking calls , finding workers for his new restaurant and then complains about no business that he did a horrible job on my powder dip. I asked for black tips , with some glitter lines which he said he could do but then changed his mind . They were so thick . I had to go to a different salon to get them removed. My nails are in horrible shape . I only returned here because they were the only ones to do powder dip and charge $60 in their own words . Well to my surprise other places do it for much cheaper ! Not only were they super thick they were rough and had bubble bumps . He never filed them right so they were supper sharp ! I filed and it took the color off . No COVID precautions. Sick people coughing . Complains he has bills to pay for his mother and needs help to pay them from community concepts . TMI . After being to both Andy's nail salons I don't think I'd go eat at his new restaurant next door to the salon .

    Great pedicure.

Lyn is great. She did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this shop. The family who runs it is very nice and friendly.

DO NOT RISK IT! This business is terribly unprofessional. i made an appointment for a dip manicure, I show up and a middle-age man rushed me to pick a color as i put out my hands he begins shaping one of my fingernails without asking if i want a specific shape. he files them round immediately and they were completely uneven (I regularly do my own dip manicures at home with professional tools and dip products i did not need them shaped at all) He begins to put a thick layer of base and begins grunting and straighten my fingers with an uncomfortable touch he put them into the powder. he does both my hands, three times without removing the powder from my skin. i had base on the top of my cuticles off my fingernails and on my skin(i did not realize this until he began e filing my nails & SKIN) then places activator all over my fingernail and my fingers Without removing the powder. He then begins to vigorously file the sides of my finger nails causing a lot of pain only stopping one time to ask if I was OK. His verbal negativity and force made me scared to even respond And tell him I wasn't. next he began to buff and rare my fingers from side to side with a lot of force. once the electric file started I was extremely nervous, he began to file not only the top of my nails but parts of my skin that were now embedded in the dip. During this process another client walked in he began to speed up the nail file I do recall wincing pretty hard and he hurried to finish the last few thankfully not doing a very good job he then placed two thick coats of top coat quickly on my fingernails leaving edges and patches with no top coat . He then stood up and began to take another another client telling me to sit down for 10 minutes so they dry (two coats don't generally take that long to dry) I still had all of the dip powder and activator all over the skin of my fingernails. I sat for five minutes. I proceeded to feel my nails to see if they were dry(they were). i was absolutely appalled by the looks of them and put in my sweat shit and was about to walk away when he got up suddenly and rushed over (with gloves on he had in another clients feet water) he intensely sighed and said "no no you need to do this" and said "come here" as i walked toward him he sighed again and grabbed and pulled my sleeve of my sweatshirt(mad because i put it on). Then he got out a bottle of cuticle oil and squirting it all over my hands and fingernails he told me I need to go wash my hands and I had to rub the cuticle oil into my hands and fingers. I made my way to a very cluttered sink area and proceeded to try and wash my hands. I noticed that where there was activator and dip powder it was not coming off of my hands and i SCRUBBED them. i then noticed in the car i had LOTS of it stuck over my cuticles and side of fingers and thats why the filing process was so painful. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS ONLY TOOK 20 MINUTES mind you. I shouldn't have to write a long review like this BUT i should expect a professional to do the job correctly for a service i paid for. Not to mention how uncomfortable I was made. i just wanted to leave. PLEASE choose a different nail salon so you can get your nails done properly.

Pedi was good but the paint job is horrible

Went to go get pedicures and just paint my nails and the paint job is horrible unfortunately because the color is beautiful

Linh was amazing! Andy has a great eye for color and made suggestions we loved upon our request. We'll definitely come back!

    Nice job !!

I was very hesitant to go because of the negative reviews. I like to support local business and being a part time resident I wanted to make my own decision. I had Lynn and she did a great job. It's not a nail salon you're used to in the city's but still very good.

The worst manicure of my life

I've given this place many chances. It was rushed, he cut me and made me bleed and then laughed it off like it was nothing. I was wincing in pain. Then this is how my nails came out. I took this photo quite literally sitting in the nail salon. And I paid $50... that is absurd. I will never go back.

Dip powder- bumpy, misshapen, and unfiled

I'm giving this place one star because they were friendly. Unprofessional but nice. I came in for a pedicure and a fill. My pedi was done in 10 minutes. No exfoliating or lotion. I like speed so I moved onto my fill. Technician swore that dip was better.. About half way through my manicure I see that's because he's going fast so he could get me out the door. My child could have done a better job on my toes and nails. I was not filed down at my cuticle. I was cut several times. I'm horrified that I have no time to get them fixed before a wedding this weekend. The icing on the cake... They charged me 95 dollars Just don't waste your time and money...

In short, DON'T GO THERE!! They destroyed my perfectly healthy nails by using a Dremel to remove gel polish.

I walked in and it was VERY clean, open space, and they are very good about COVID guidelines.

My hair is my thing, and I am very particular about it. I have (or had) very long, very thick hair. I asked for 3 inches off, and my usual - lots of layers and some thinning at the ends. She gave me tons of layers that flip flop everywhere and don't fall in nice, and she did a LOT of thinning at the ends. However, she took 6 inches off the length!!! I felt so butchered as I watched her dry my hair that I ran out as fast as I could when it was done, and cried all the way home. Dramatic, I know. But my long hair was no more and I don't look good with short hair :( The next day, I was still upset so I called to politely tell her that I knew it was too late but I was very upset with how much length was taken off. She called back two days later, and basically implied that I was imagining things and that she measured 3 inches on her comb when she FIRST started cutting, and maybe it just feels like she took a lot off because she thinned it so much at the bottom. Well thank you but, I know the difference between the LENGTH and WEIGHT of hair. And I know it was around 6 inches in LENGTH because my hair used to be just past my bra strap in the back, and now it sits just at the top of my back where my neck meets my shoulders. So, needless to say, I was upset about the cut, but now I'm even more angered by the fact that she wouldn't take any responsibility for hacking off my hair. Thank God it grows back!!
