    Valentines nails

Mia and Jocelyn are great. Kind and funny, and always welcome my boyfriend as he likes to come along to talk with them too. They treat us like family and always make sure they do exactly what I ask and if not that, give me a great recommendation. This place charges the right price for what they do. Others in the valley will rip you off for a half good job. I have been going for a year + here and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

I've been going to Nail Envy for years now and it's the only place I trust to spend my hard earned money. I know I'll always leave satisfied. Clean and calming environment, unlike others that are rushed and chaotic. I wish I had more pictures from over the years because they're always different and stunning each time. Khai is my go-to!

My nails I got this evening.

Some things about Nail Envy is that it is a calm and quiet place with a nice vibe. My nails I got are beautiful and just as I requested and high quality. I had a change and wanted a dip and they said they had time but they sometimes don't have the time though. Overall an amazing atmosphere and excellent staff.

Messy, thick, wrong shape and too short
    Patricia M.

I want to start off by saying I was completely thrilled with Nail Envy and Khai in particular for months. He did a fantastic job. Until one day (shortly before one of their many vacation closings) he seemed rushed and was trying to do my nails and someone else's at the same time. He cut my nails way too short (he had always been great about maintaince trims before), he made them very thick when he had never done that before. And he took my almond shapes and made them round. They were also very messy, one hand's nails were longer (very noticeable) then the other. They refused to refund me (I should never have paid but I was upset and in shock, I also stupidly tipped) and they refused to give me a new set. The lady on Facebook messenger kept saying you don't need a new set I give you new shape. They argued with me and never offered a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, because of the customer service I will never go back. I understand mistakes happen, but as a loyal customer (every 2 weeks) I expected better treatment. I also tip $10 on a fill with no nail art ($30 service), because I liked to be treated well. It's just saddens me because I had previously enjoyed Nail Envy and Khai.

I'll let this picture speak for itself. Took 2 hours. Painted over it the second I got home.

Very rude to walk-ins. Walk-ins are not welcome and will look for another nail salon rather than return.

Idk if maybe it was an off day, considering a lot of reviews are great. But the first thing that made me nervous was when he tried peeling and chipping the gel nail polish off my toes without soaking in nail polish remover first. I told him it was gel, not regular polish, and he said he knew, "but sometimes you can still get it off that way". Which is a terrible thing to do since it also peels off a layer of nail and makes it weaker. He then electric filed it off, which I wasn't happy about, but it all happened so quickly. When he was cutting my cuticles, a lot of it hurt. It was just too rough, too fast, and he was yanking at the skin around my nails instead of gently clipping. I kept flinching and even pulled my hand back a little at one point but he never asked if it was too much for me and quite frankly at that point I was just trying to get it over with. The paint job on my toes is really bad. As well as how short he cut the nail on one toe. So short it's actually painful and raw feeling. There's also nail polish on the sides of my toes that he never got off, and some toes have lumpy thick polish that also has smudges and looks dull. My fingernails never fully cured in some areas, and by that same night, some nails were peeling, and the top layer of gel polish was coming off, revealing a sticky layer underneath. It looks pretty bad, and I spent $85 for it, so it was definitely a waste of money. I feel bad saying this because again, he was very nice. But it's an honest review, and maybe if I hadn't spent so much on it, like if I was getting a cheap quick job done, I wouldn't have complained. But overall, it was absolutely not worth the money and discomfort.

We stopped in here quickly while looking for water based nail polish (who knew it was that hard to…read morefind?!) Anyways, it was a long shot, but we entered this shop and the service was amazing. When I asked the woman working behind the counter, she immediately dropped what she was doing to read the ingredients on the boxes of the nail polishes they had. While they were not what we were looking for, she went behind her counter and gave me a sample of their "New Mommy Belly Butter"- she saw that I am pregnant and gave me a free tub of stretch mark cream- which was very sweet. Each product (all of which are handmade in small batches), clearly identifies which ingredients are used and if you have any questions, they are very open to helping. Something else I really like, is that they use recycled glass, paper, plastic and wood packaging whenever they can and they also support Cancer Awareness through local fundraising events. A percentage of their sales also goes to Jen's Friends Cancer Foundation; I love companies that give back like that. We continued to look around and they also have a whole line of natural products designed for babies which include Baby Bubbles & Shampoo, Tiny Hiny Cream (the name alone is adorable), Sandman Pillow Mist, Herbal Baby Oil and Talc Free Powder. Their "New Mommy Essentials" line also includes Massage Oil and Pillow Mist. The layout of the store itself is very cute and while it is packed with products (scented wax pottery, reed diffusers, potpourri, scented liners, bath salts, body wash, hand and body creams, salt scrubs, shave soaps, lotions and much, much more), it is still very clean, bright and open. Some of the prices were a bit high but we purchased a bottle of Lavender Mist that helps relieve stress and enables relaxation for $4. I would definitely recommend this shop if you have any questions regarding aromatherapy and natural products.

At first I didn't expect much from this little shop, but after spending twenty minutes in here I was impressed by the products and staff. A few of my favorite items were their collection of men's products as well as their Poo-Pourri selection. Looking at the Poo-Pourri gave me a hearty chuckle as my wife looked at their hand lotions. In the end we loved the items here and the quality is phenomenal. There is definetly an item for everyone... including the most manly man around (no me obviously).
