I came here with a group of friends to enjoy a nice soak and relaxation. The place is very cute and in the middle of a bunch of outlet shops, so perfect for a soak and then some shopping! They have a large set of options to choose from for the soak and also have add ons for massage and then light food. We were able to all sit together while soaking and throughout the hour a lady would come through and keep adding hot water to the bins so it didn't get cold. Everyone was very nice inside and happy to accommodate requests. Make sure you make an appointment because it seems to get very busy!

Really excellent day spa. Wonderful private foot soaks. Massage add ons etc. amazingly relaxing. Really great service. Definitely worth a visit. Great tea selection. Feeling pampered. Success! That's what I was shooting for. If you want to sit and relax this is the place for you. Very calming experience

Amazing. We had been doing some shopping and I spotted this place, I thought it was a tea shop. I went in with the BF and realized this was a heavenly place to not only get tea (and a charcuterie plate if the need arose) but to soak your feet! What? So I desperately tried to convince the BF to do a 30 minute express soak but he opted to go to Home Depot-yuck. So I ordered up and express black soak and a cup of earl gray. In minutes I was handed flips and shown a locker with a key, I changed my shoes, shoved everything in the locker and was escorted to a curtained off room with a chair and table. The most comfortable chair ever. It was dark and had that yoga'ish music playing quietly in the background. I sat down, they wrapped this warm shoulder may around my shoulders and brought over a huge copper pot (I think it was copper-it was dark) filled with herbs and warm/hot water and some smooth rocks on the bottom of the pot. I slipped my feet in, noticed my tea had been placed next to me while I wasn't paying attention and...I fell asleep. Yup. That's all she wrote. The most relaxing experience ever, I highly recommend if you have 30 minutes or more to kill, this is amazing.

This was a first for me and my boyfriend..what an amazing place! The staff is attentive, informative and very pleasant! As usual, with all service establishments in the area, masks are worn the entire time. The staff took extra precautions to comply with COVID guidelines. Too bad I only booked 30 minutes....way too short. I can't wait to go back again. This is a go to place for a peaceful and zen moment.

Serenity! I love this place. It is a must everytime I visit NH. Always great and relaxing experience. The mood is set perfect in a dimly lit room, zen music playing, and oversized comfy chairs while your feet soak in a large pot of that is frequently refilled with hot water. There is a large selection of infusion soaks to chose. On top of this, there is an option to add on tea, chocolates and a massage. I have experienced all the add ins which makes for a really pampering experience. There is also a wonderful selection of products to purchase and I always do.

This was such a phenomenal experience. Soaking my feet in a huge pot for an hour is exactly what I needed. Everyone was attentive. The tea was so good I bought some to bring home. Treat yourself or buy a gift for someone else.

Found this to be very relaxing and enjoyable. I had the foot soak with massage and had a pot of tea. Very nice, just pricey.

I went to The Soaking Pot with a few friends this past weekend for a foot soak and neck/shoulder/upper back massage.

What a fun find in North Conway!…read more We always come up and have a hard time finding a place that can take multiple people at one time and we've finally found a spot and the services were great! The spa is located with the North Conway Grand Hotel right behind the outlets! We weren't actually sure where to go once inside the hotel - so I would say they do need to move the signage upstairs to the first floor - but we asked the front desk and they directed us down the stairs where we did see the signage! When we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly woman who checked us in. The space is small but warm. We had a nice couples massage. The room was nice and also warm and inviting - what you would expect for a spa. Our therapists were great and massages were exactly what we needed! We loved it so much we already rebooked for our next trip up!

The space was peaceful, the therapists were incredibly professional, and they actually listened to what we needed instead of doing a one-size-fits-all massage. Both of us walked in carrying stress and walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and reconnected. It wasn't just a massage, it felt like a reset for our bodies and our marriage. The pressure was perfect, the flow was intentional, and we never once felt like they were watching the clock. If you're a couple who doesn't get much quiet time together, this is such a gift to give yourselves. We left already talking about when we're coming back.
