Our hair was done in a short amount of time and then the two women helping us proceeded to give the remaining two girls beautiful hair styles. My friend also convinced me to get my makeup done for the wedding. As a disclaimer, I hate makeup and it hates me. I always feel like a dirty cat when wearing makeup and it just seems to weigh down my face. I called up and the receptionist was super friendly and they were actually able to take me that day. So, I arrived that afternoon and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the salon. I was taken back to the chair within a minute or two of arriving and that is when I met my stylist Carrie Lynn! She had taken one look at my hair and seemed as if she had a plan in mind immediately! I listened to her idea and it was fabulous so I decided to put my trust in her. Meanwhile, we had the most delightful conversation about kids, hair, hair products, etc, ya know, everything girls like to talk about!!! Within minutes I had felt like I was spending the afternoon with a long lost friend that I just found, lol! We had a blast! As if all that wasn't enough, my hair and eyebrows came out incredible!!! We took 5" off and put long layers in it...something I don't usually do as I was quite attached to my lovely lady locks, lol!
