She showed them a simple design and half way through she was holding back tears. I came over to check on her after my disaster, I'll speak on in just a sec, and asked her how it was going. Mind you she is still learning how to use her voice, she started crying. The male nail tech was free-styling his own idea so another came along to try and fix his doings. That was nice. Except she didn't do much better. not sure why it was so difficult to do two wavy lines. As for my experience, ive never had so horribly filed and misshapen nails. The pinky she showed me was a good shape the other nine are so crooked and uneven. The paint is bumpy and looks like my daughter painted them. On top of this another customer made a scene while i was waiting for daughter complaining of the same Male tech that started my daughters nails. We were both just in a rush to get out of them. inexperienced, unprofessional. Do NOT recommend!

I looked down, and saw a few sores around my cuticles. See photo. They will also try to upsell you fancy pedicures, but if you say you just want the basic pedicure, it will only be $20. I probably would go back, they are the closest nail salon near me, but I don't think I would go unless I needed to, because of their location. A pedicure will take about an hour. The color I chose for my nails was a pretty lavender with a gold frost, the name on the OPI bottle said "Megawatt?!" Looking it up online, I find it is a sheer golden green, so they must've mixed colors. I want people to be aware that sometimes their nail polishes are Frankensteined. Noticed polish almost all off of one toe 5 days later, see photo.
