This place is terrible. They are money grubbers and do not care about clientele. I asked for mood. She told me they only have one. So I asked to look at it and seen the mood colors on the bottle, so I said okay. The way she did the gel was off the wall as well, I don't know if that contributed to the mood turning ghost white, but it is not what it was supposed to be. When I asked her to fix them, she says ma'am I showed you one finger and you said okay, but had she allowed me to cure that one finger then I would have known it would turn ghost white instead of the burnt pink it was supposed to. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They got my money for a poor excuse of a job. They are rude and very unreliable. She is the main manager per Michael, whom I have used in the past, but now I wouldn't use him again. Trust. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I wanted to share my PAINFUL and APPALLING experience at Nail N Rays. Last Monday I went in for an appointment, it was my first time. Mimi convinced me that I should do this powder method, after I had already explained that it didn't work well for me. She insisted it was the healthiest treatment for my nails. Within a few minutes of making that decision, she files off the top layers of my skin on my ring finger. I immediately pulled my hand away and told her she was hurting me. She apologized and carried on with her rough process. Which also included her prying the old acrylic nails off with a plastic nail-tip...OUCH....WHO DOES THAT!!! By the time the new set was on, I had a bleeding finger, skewed French tips and traces of old burgundy paint showing around the edges (because she never used polish remover on the old set). If all that wasn't bad enough, I had to go back the following day to have her to fix some other issues...like how the top coat slid to side. I told her then, I was disappointed and also in pain with the injury she caused. Her response was that it was my fault because I had requested rounded tips and apparently my hand was tilted when the top coat was drying. She took NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! Yesterday, 9 days after my initial appointment, I had to go back, again, because a nail had broken off. Just like before, she did her fast SLOPPY JOB to fix it and put on an acrylic nail instead of the powder. Yeah...it's easy to see that this nail is different from the rest. When I got out to my car and really looked at the repair job, she didn't even clean up her work....my skin was stuck to my nail. I immediately walked back in to show her and ask for my money back. She laughed at me and told me that it had been about 3 weeks since I got that service and she wasn't able to refund my money. I explained that it hadn't even been a week and half. At that point, I pulled up my Wells Fargo app to show her where I paid the previous Monday. She continued to laugh at me and say "no that wasn't right" even though transaction was on my bank account history. To sum it up, this place is HORRIBLE!!! I went here on Saturday to get acrylics. I got a young girl who looked like she didn't want to be there. The manager or owner sat in her chair and played with her hair and played on her phone the whole time while everyone else was working. She kept messing with her hair and itching it. She had on a crop top and her jeans were pulled up super high. Not too classy or professional for work. While getting my acrylics, the young girl told me to put my hand into the hot air blowing from this machine. After setting my hand in there for about 1 minute, my pointer finger and thumb felt like they were on fire. I had to take my hand out because it hurt so much. The pain was throbbing and sharp and made my fingers numb almost. The same thing happened with my other hand. After the acrylic was set and ready for polish, I realized that they had painted them the wrong color. I was watching TV and looked down only to realize that they had painted them gray instead of blue. I told the girl that she did the wrong color and she was super nice about it. She told me over and over that she was so sorry and to show her the color I wanted. I sat in there for a very long time (3 hours) and the nails were crooked and uneven. I payed $32.00 for nothing. I took them off myself today and it took me 4 hours. My nails are bruised and super damaged. I don't recommend coming here. read more
