The color I chose for my nails was a pretty lavender with a gold frost, the name on the OPI bottle said "Megawatt?!" Looking it up online, I find it is a sheer golden green, so they must've mixed colors. I want people to be aware that sometimes their nail polishes are Frankensteined. When we went to all seasons there were 6 layers of dip on her fingers. Linda didn't remove the powder before redoing her nails. And lately Michelle rushes to get done leaving dips in my nails. I had a issue with the bed not looking very clean. When I asked for a different bed she got upset with me! Said "if there is a towel on the pillow it's clean" when I could clearly see that it had not been cleaned properly. (Still had marks from the previous customer). When I showed her the marks she got an attitude with me. Agreed to put me in a different bed. But continued to have an attitude when I asked how to start the bed. I have never in my life met someone so rude and very unprofessional! I then attempted to come back a few days later thinking maybe the older lady had just had a bad morning. This time I came in the afternoon and had a much better experience the young lady behind the counter was very sweet! An very helpful! I explained what happened few days prior with my first visit. She was very professional! An apologetic for the actions of her coworker. An assured me that the issue would be addressed. Hopefully my next experience with the older lady will be a lot better. Have 3 more sessions left, then I will decide if I would like to buy more.
