I had my irrigation system for a little over four years and got tired of trying to find a company…read moreto winterize, spring turn on, or replace a sprinkler head. After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across Aqua-Bright. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. It was as if Miguel was working on his own irrigation system. I cannot say enough about my experience, but I highly recommend them. Dwayne 5-19-2021I

We bought a new house and previous owner used them to upgrade the irrigation system. So we…read morecontinued the contract. They came for the spring startup and could not figure out why one of the zones did not work. They asked us to pay extra money to have another tech coming and figuring out. We agreed and a tech spent two hours and finally found the extra box after my wife suggested to check our front garden carefully. But after he replaced the valve, he was still not able to get it work. And he left everything unfinished and asked us to contact the company and pay additional two hours for another tech to come. Several days after this visit, we noticed that another two zones did not work. According to the operation log, it happened the next watering day just after his visit. We called company and they said they were not sure whether they messed up the wires of the zones even after they saw the operations log. They asked me to pay ahead of time for another tech to come and figure out what was happening. We used another company and figured out that the previous tech shut down one of the valve and connected the incorrect wire to the controller. We cancelled the service plan and don't recommend this company at all. If you already use them, make sure they don't mess up your system after any investigation. I wish I can leave zero star for them.

I told Sol there was another sprinkler head in the corner of my yard. He very dismissively told me…read morethere was not because the surrounding heads provided coverage for that area. I told him I would search until it's located because I know my yard. He took his payment and left. Minutes later, I called him to return because I located the sprinkler head that he said did not exist. He then said it was likely my neighbor's! You have got to be kidding me! Why would my neighbor's head be on my property line in the area I recalled seeing my sprinkler head. He then said it must be broken because it should pop up. He quoted $75 to replace it. GTFOH Which is it ... non-existent, my neighbor's, or broken! I politely told him I would find another company because I am unhappy with his customer service. He suggested I contact the company that originally installed my system. Well, I will do more than that! I will tell everyone about your shadiness and lack of customer service!

They're consistent, knowledgeable and quite flexible. They're understanding and always meets our needs. Earlier this year we decided to get some outdoor lights installed on our home to add a cozy vibrant touch to the outdoor appearance. We couldn't have been more please with the work. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Springs Irrigation and Lighting did an outstanding job and they even followed-up to check how things are going. They made themselves available to reset the timer on the lights due to Daylight Savings Time (DST) and took their time to explain how it works. We've truly had a great experience with Springs Irrigation & Lighting and will continue to use their service going forward.

I hired this company to regrade around my shed, replace an old wood deck with composite, and…read moreinstall pavers with a fire pit. The experience was frustrating from day one. A crew member tossed cigarette butts into my bushes--caught on my security camera. I reported it, and while the project manager apologized, that set the tone for what followed: poor communication, sloppy work, and disregard for my property. The deck didn't line up with the pavers/basement wall as promised. I warned them early, but they ignored it. Worse, I discovered they reused painted wood from my old deck in the new build--clearly trying to cut corners. After I confronted them, they agreed to fix it. Reviewing security footage, I found that one worker brought his wife and three kids (one looked about 5 years old) to help with demolition removal. I raised serious concerns about safety and liability. The company gave vague reassurances but offered no real accountability. During a return visit, their carpenter admitted to hitting my mailbox--he waited until he was leaving to tell me. Security footage showed him knocking it over and dragging it under his van before screwing it back onto the post. It's still damaged. They tried to regrade several times with just a guy and a shovel, despite our agreement that the job required heavy equipment due to nearby tree roots. Only after repeated complaints did they finally bring a bobcat to finish the work properly. The deck was eventually extended but still came up short on one side. For nearly $40,000 in grading, pavers and a significant deck project, I expected professionalism. Instead, I got cut corners, damage to my property, child labor concerns, poor oversight, and repeated failures to meet clear agreements. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

The communication is very inconsistent, they only reach out and communicate when its time to pay but they are unable to communicate simple updates about the project. Aside from the poor communication they were also very unprofessional. Workers would go in and out of my closed backyard multiple times, using the bathroom in my yard, step on my things and moving things in my backyard. Despite communicating my concerns, I never felt they were taken seriously and I am just happy to no longer have to work with them. Hassle not worth it, there are many other companies with competitive rates.

Here's a recap of my experience:…read more Monday, April 7, 2025: We submit a form through their website for an estimate for a sprinkler/irrigation system. Monday, April 7, 2025: We receive an email from Shannon Keller, Assistant Office Manager, in which she says, "You can expect a call to schedule your estimate within 7 to 10 days." Friday, April 18, 2025 It's been more than 10 days with zero communication, so I call (443-755-8800). The woman I speak with says she'll check with the manager and someone will call me back ASAP. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 No one has called, so I call them. The woman I speak with promises that she'll call me back by the end of the day. Wednesday, April 23, 2025 No one has called. So, once again, I call them. This time, I speak with Wendy, the customer-service manager. She says, "We pride ourselves on customer service." She gives me her word that she'll call me back today. Can you guess what happened next? Wendy never called. Instead, at 7 PM, I get a text message from "Scott with Montgomery irrigation." He says his "soonest appointment is May 13." That's more than 5 weeks from our initial contact, where Shannon promised to get back to us within "7-10 days." Apparently, Montgomery Irrigation thinks it's ok not only to overpromise and underdeliver, but also to flat-out lie to customers. No doubt, they're busy. We're all busy. But it's just plain wrong to ghost people. Especially after you promise to get back to them. Especially after they've repeatedly followed up. And especially if you "pride" yourself on customer service.
