While on site, they adjusted spray head coverage as we requested, and installed a special back-flow valve to prevent a downhill spray head from draining the uphill line into unwanted puddles. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. For this snow storm (1/6/25)- the plows were spinning tired with older trucks (bad tires and weight) and we saw the plows raised to not get the snow on the street leaving those parked in their driveways trapped. In the summer - the boundaries that were once handled with mowing and landscaping are now neglected. The owner and contractors have gone down hill despite being great before (maybe because we had a fellow owner employed there). I do not recommend to contract with them on a large scale. It has become a shell of a company. Look at other alternatives that respond and have an owner that acknowledges wrongs. Don't go based on references...just look at the surrounding neighborhoods that do not use them - clean and safe!

I had wired Hunter rain sensor that was not working as intended because it was running sprinklers…read moreon wet days and I think the roof at the top was blocking rain from going to the sensor (I own townhouse), so I wanted to move the sensor to the other spot (away from the roof). I hired DMV Worx (Roberto) to do this task. I told Roberto to move it to the spot away from the roof but Robert suggested wireless sensor and he could install it at the other spot. He didn't listen to me. I thought wireless sensor was a good idea because you could move it anywhere, but it was pretty expensive at $375. I told him to go ahead and install it. Two months later, we have had rains and the sprinklers are still running on wet days, and the new sensor is still not working. I contacted Roberto and when he asked me how he could help me and I told him about the problem with the rain sensor that he installed two months ago, and it is still running sprinklers on wet days. He has ignored me and would not reply. Don't hire this company. Be forewarned, this company is not in Better Business Bureau. They're under "DUFIEF consulting", not DMV Worx.
