Nail polish, top coat and base coat were not applied at base of each nail, a small difference in distance that makes big difference in how long gel polish lasts. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it.
