I decided at the last minute to try one of the Eye Brow places in Santa Fe without doing a lot of research. When I arrived, this shop had a few others waiting so I wasn't sure how long this new experience would take. Happily, it didn't take long as I was ushered to a reclining chair. I could tell the person who would perform magic on my face was very experienced. Within less than 30 minutes she had transformed my eyebrows into perfection. Not only did she remove every hair (even invisible ones) with strings but tinted the remaining ones with perfection. They do a very good job with the shaping of the brows and and gave me a good shape when other places would do them almost straight across and say it was the best they could do.. They can do good and specific threading without messing up.. I also really like that they hold they hold the area around the lid and eye when they pull the hairs which seems a lot better on the skin and it never feels like its being stretched . And if they need someone else to help hold the lid or get a certain shape they will, which I really like because they are getting the best shape for each person.. . They also did a good job on the tinting on my brows which are very coarse and had gray and white in them. read more

I got my brows done right away (even as a walk-in). The lady didn't ask or listen to me when I told her what I wanted my brows to look like and her string broke 7 times during the threading, but they still look good. A little bit pricey ($13 for a threading) Rude employees but they know what they're doing. read more

I just had my eyebrow butchered!! I'm so sad and mad right now. The first brow came out great, as the woman was doing my second eyebrow I was thinking about the next time I would be back. But then she showed me my right brow and it's soooo bad!!!! I've never had anything this bad happen. To be clear, I used to love this place. I've been going for years way back when they're small shop was up and they also had customers go to their house. Fast forward to 2016 and I have a hard time genuinely figuring out why I still go there. There are some amazing workers there. Receptionist is always nice and there as an amazing eyebrow stylist, Roni, who nails my eyebrows every time. But she floats between locations so it's hard to consistently get her, sometimes I have to settle for whoever is there. These past few times, I've gotten Sonya. Who, despite all my in depth requests and overly concerned descriptions, botches my eyebrows every time to the point I have to wait two months to grow them out. My problem isn't her messing them up, because you know, that happens time to time. What bothers me is her blatantly ignoring my requests and her performing her own out-dated shaping of MY brows. Plus, she is definitely the least friendly there whose attitude is always grey. Unfortunately, this will be my last time there. Thus, the hardest break up of my aesthetic life. read more

This is a very clean and modern salon. I had an excellent Spa pedicure with Gina while my sister had a keratin treatment. The salon has this great polish that does not have formaldehyde or other nasty chemicals. Beautiful colours in a wide palette. Super friendly staff and they use a hygienic disposable liner in the spa tubs which I really appreciated. A real gem in Santa Fe! read more

The quality at both locations is inconsistent. After my last visit I won't ever return. Even though I was the only client there she rushed through threading my brows. She broke her thread twice. My brows are completely different shapes. One brow has an uneven line and even a little bald spot. And to top it off there are three nicks on my eyelid, so I can't even wear eye make up to hide my barely-there brow. Super disappointing. read more

I loved this place the first time I went.... Then I had a different lady the second time who pinched my brows so bad that I still have raised red scabs almost a week later. She also missed so many hairs that I had to go home and clean up after I pointed them out to her twice. I guess it's back to plucking for me. read more

Normally I love going here. The staff is well trained and my eyebrows end up looking great and beautiful.I get in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. Overall the service is great. This time though I was put with a new lady that I have never had or seen before. Same experience as normal, but today when I looked in the mirror I was in a rush so I didn't really pay attention to the product but once in my car I realized that my eyebrows looked exactly the same as before! The only noticeable thing was that there were no hairs on the bottom part of my eyebrow near the lid. I Can tweeze those hairs out but can't don't know how to tweeze the top ones which were the ones that were left there. I was so disappointed. I spent 15 dollars for nothing. This was my first experience in Santa Fe with eyebrow threading. My threader's work was ok. They need to use aloe vera gel instead of alcohol. Also there must be a beauty service tax in the city that I don't know about. Not accustomed to paying taxes on services such as mani/pedis, threading and waxes. read more

The two women that were there, particularly the one who did my eyebrows was VERY rude and had a HORRIBLE attitude. She did a good job on my brows but tried to do my upper lip very quickly. I asked her to go over it again and, after making an annoyed face and sighing, she did. As soon as we she was done she just plopped back on the couch and took out her phone. It seemed as though the customers were just an inconvenience. Management should really look into this as reading through the reviews it seems to be a typical customer experience. read more

I had a great experience with Steven. He took the bad copper color out and was able to blend my colors to look very natural. I am going back in 5 weeks for color and cut. He is very laid back and gives only one on one service. Best so far in Santa FE. read more

Fast walk-in service, good prices and the gals did a good job. My only complaint would be you can barely talk to anyone because they're mostly non-English speakers or mumbled a few English words to softly to make them out. read more
