The space was very clean and the chairs for pedicures were very comfortable. I had a specific design in mind for my nails and they did a wonderful job. Any kind of acrylic nail will hurt damage your natural nails but they look great. My tech was efficient and professional and I am very happy with my nails. Do not come here! Literally, save your money and go anywhere else. First of all, when they sat me for my pedicure, they clearly just wanted to get it done extremely fast as they took no time to slow down to talk to me to really give the quality of work that I expected. They Did the polish as soon as possible, he barely scrubbed my feet, and they were super scratchy when I walked out of there. And as you can see in the pictures, this is right after walking out of the pedicure, the polish job is done, very messy and sloppy and not expected from a professional nail salon. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and it was the same situation. The lady was clearly rushing, and just trying to get me in and out as soon as possible, and she did my eyebrows horribly! She did the wrong shape, and didn't do a good job, plucking, because all of the hairs were just broken off and grew back within two days. I wish I could get my money back. read more

I just got back from this salon and my hands are in so much pain. They drilled into and cut up my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding, and then just put some kind of nail polish remover on them that felt like fire. I am home now, and my cuticles are still bleeding and burning like crazy. The woman who did my polish was very sweet and kept apologizing, but that doesn't make it ok. It makes me really sad to leave this review because the first time I went there, the guy that does nails there did an excellent job (that's why I'm giving two stars instead of one) but this time when I went, it was some girl that didn't seem to know what she was doing and she destroyed my hands until she was drawing blood! Please, don't train new employees on paying customers, especially if they can injure them because they don't know what they are doing. read more

Wow where do I begin?? Yesterday I call this "salon" and asked how much a gel set with glitter would be, she replied it would only be $25.00 and to come into her shop. When I arrived and showed her what a wanted she grabbed me and pulled me to a chair immediately, I was a bit overwhelmed but when with it. She then lead me to a very angry-looking nail technician, when I had already stated I wanted her to do them. However that wasn't even half of the problem. I then told her I wanted off my current nails that were chipped and broken and she'd insisted on keeping them and simply doing the others all for a dazzling price of $35.00. I then told her I wanted them off, she then proceeded to discuss in an foreign language with two other nail technicians, going back and forth. Very unprofessional and rude. She then gave me two color glitter option which were nothing like what I asked for in the first place but under SUCH pressure I decided on one. I kept my stand on wanting fresh nails, even though they were all very displeased with this. She then said okay and he started on my nails. He wasn't the most friendly and was smug. He then started to do the actual nail and he messed up over two times. I then asked my friend for her opinion and WOW he took extreme offense to this! He went on and on about how he was a professional and not everyone's nails were perfect. I was absolutely STUNNED by this. He and his coworkers would of course talk and I could tell they ALL took offense to this! I was in such shock I continued to let him finish, I told him I no longer wanted Gel and would rather go with acrylics. He didn't let me! He insisted on doing Gel, and all though he hadn't done any color he wouldn't even let me chose a different one. He then told me it would be a cool $40.00 (from 25.00 (what they first said) to 40.00) UNBELIEVABLE. Also not a clean shop either, his tools were covered in other people's nail shavings, his tools didn't look sanitized either, and to top it off while he was doing my nails he spilled the powders and liquids on him and all of his hand and MINE were extremely sticky! How yucky! UGH! That has NEVER happened. I'm EXTREMELY displease with the costumer services. About 30 minutes of my time just filing them, due to him messing up multiple times, he'd also move my hands in many extremely awkward positions, PULLING me very ROUGHLY. After everything he very annoyedly applied coats of a glitter I DIDN'T WANT, I was so distraught I was actually AFRAID to say anything. I was honestly just waiting for this to be done and over with. When I finally went to pay they charged me $45.00 I was so tired of arguing on prices I let it be. Please NEVER go to this Nail Salon, extremely rude and stubborn workers. Upon my arrival, an unpleasant man started to remove what was left of my previous powder-dipped nails with his grimey fingers! He was dressed like a street skate boarder. I told the adjacent female manicurist about his fingers, and that I wanted one of the ladies to do the new mani. A nice young woman took me. As I looked around, the work station surfaces and nail dryers were all full of dust and spattered products and I'm not certain that the staff changed the towels they use to cover their desk between customers! The place felt less comfortable by the minute--the man who first worked on me glared at me every 5 minutes, and all the employees were chattering with each other and getting louder and louder, sometimes sounding argumentative. No one spoke to the customers or even welcomed them. I couldn't wait to leave. My manicure is OK. I called the manager from the parking lot and told her all this. Her main response was that her employees cannot speak much English. Not what I expected to hear. Never again. read more

Possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. My technician wasn't looking at my toes as he cut them and was moving so quickly that I almost told him to stop so I could leave. I had to tell him to slow down multiple times and be gentle, and he still managed to clip my toenail too short. Its been an hour and my toe is still bleeding. The paint job is worse than I would be able to give myself... Blindfolded. Overall, I felt like he was racing the clock to see how fast he could finish. Awful. Trying to review Lindas Nails off St.Michaels Dr!!! Where do I even start besides I should have read the reviews. DO NOT GO TO THIS LINDAS NAILS!!!!!!!!!!! We like Lindas off Zafarano and made the mistake of thinking this was related, let me just say I hope not! A manicure and gel pedicure that takes 25 minutes should not cost $60 especially if it looks like a five-year-old did it. We made an appointment for today to avoid being rushed yet my mother was still "tag teamed" To have her out of the chair in 30 minutes. When we brought up our dissatisfaction to the owner she said after we arrived it got busy and she needed the chair. She argued, threw attitude and got upset after we asked her to fix it. She had another lady half a** clean it up and proceeded to kick my mom out of that chair, moving her purse to the register while she was washing her hands to make room for someone else yet again. Horrible service and a horrible job. This was supposed to be relaxing and nice for my mom after her mother's passing not being her to tears. AGAIN DONT GO TO THIS LINDAS! First of all, I really do not like writing bad reviews. I would not write this review if the employees made any effort to comfort me during the time that I was agonizingly sitting in the chair for four hours. I arrived at 4 o'clock expecting to be out by 6 o'clock. To make a long story short at 8 o'clock I was sitting there still getting my nails painted, with all the lights out except for the light over my nails and all the other employees waiting at the door as if it were somehow my fault that they were still there. To be clear, all I needed done was a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. During the time that (the obviously new) employee was trying to paint my nails, they never offered me water or addressed the fact that I had been sitting there for four hours!!!!! Many other customers had come and gone during the time I was there. It was a very frustrating experience and in the end my nails did not look great. read more
