I was feeling discouraged and frustrated. I happened to stop by Setai on my way back from another place. It was my last resort before DIYing butcher block. George was an absolute godsend. He treated me so respectfully, asked me questions and when I didn't have answers (because I am absolutely clueless about countertops) he asked simpler questions that got his answers. Due to the fact that my job was so small, it was more cost effective to choose from remnants, which I was fine with. He took me to his stack and patiently dug through. Measured & advised. I didn't take long as I already knew what I wanted and honestly, wasn't being too picky about it (it's for an office space). I asked about install & he gave me a date just a few days later! He called the day before to confirm. He called the morning of to let me know he will give me an eta. His consistency was impeccable. Frankie showed up on time. There was a slight issue with my countertops going flush against my cabinets. Instead of making it an issue he said "I will figure it out". If there isn't anything in my soul that makes me happier than a person that sees a problem and finds a solution. That, right there, is an amazing installer. Any other person would've been annoying about it. He figured it out & the outcome is beautiful. He was fast & efficient. He cleaned up after himself. I wish I had found them sooner. It would've saved me weeks of stress and frustration. I will keep them in mind when we renovate our kitchen & if anyone asks for kitchen & bath recommendations. They are amazing & seeing their work here I would've felt intimidated even asking them to do my little sink area. Every person in that office was so friendly & kind. Thank you for such a great experience!

It was almost like a total remodel since I have an open floor plan - living room, dining room and kitchen are one great room. As I heard horror stories from friends on their remodels, I was especially grateful to have Guy. Literally every day someone was working on the house - whether it was dry wall or electricians or plumbing or the floor guys. I was able to stay in the house during the remodel since my bedroom is upstairs and we hung in the yard and grilled for a substitute kitchen. Guy also helped with some other to do's I had like fix a window with a leak and also repair some water damage in a bathroom. I will use High Touch again when I redo my bathrooms and build an ADU. Please be careful. this company was hired by my father-in-law, who is a double amputee Vietnam…read moreveteran who got a grant to fit our house for a wheelchair. My father-in-law passed away during the job, but everything had already been demolished so they finished the job. There have been so many times. I've reached out to them within the first year because that is their warranty and I was told multiple times "it passed inspection" when the safety rails that were put in the shower fell out because they were not screwed into a stud of any kind they were only screwed through the tile I was told they weren't put in for you, so why are you using them they were for your father-in-law and he's not there. It doesn't matter because it's in my house. I have the right to use it. he did send Freddie out a couple times to put them back in. He never put even an anchor in when he screwed them into the tile. The shower was leaking and causing damage to the wall and his worker. Freddie came out and put a new baseboard on and said there didn't fix the problem that was going on. Just tried to cover it up. Now that I'm 15 months out from my job and no longer under warranty one of the pipes burst in the wall flooding my master bedroom and my master bathroom, after the demolition was done, we were able to see all of the violations that occurred and what their true work is. Which I will attach the pictures his worker cut into a four 4 x 4 on the outside of my wall which is a weight-bearing beam did not do any reinforcement just cut into it to make a shelf for the shower. The hot mop that they installed they pulled out because they forgot to do the correct steps. Meaning it was a roll in shower and they had put a lip on it so it would've been a step in shower. They ended up just putting the tiles on the bear cement with no water proofing not to mention there was no insulation put back into the walls and the plumbing looks like a five-year-old did it. No wonder it burst after 15 months the heater and air conditioning unit they installed were too big for the ventilation I had in my house which he knew. They ended up suffocating themselves and shutting down to brand new units and come to find out my house could've caught on fire cause they were wired in properly. I guess that is what you get when you don't ask questions are below please if you have any more questions, ask me. this is only some of the issues I had. I can tell you a list of 100 and more.
