I purchased a 2024 Evolution D5 from Jupiter Golf Carts in August 2024. The cart itself has been…read morefantastic, and I have absolutely no complaints about the product. Evolution makes a great golf cart. My issue is with Jupiter Golf Carts' service department and warranty support. In March 2026, I began experiencing a warranty issue with the touchscreen display. Since then, I've received nothing but runaround answers, excuses, and unreturned phone calls. Every time I follow up, I'm told there are shipping delays, parts aren't available, or some other reason why the issue still hasn't been resolved. On most occasions, I'm told that someone will call me back, but that callback never comes. After months of patience and repeated attempts to get an update, I finally decided to contact Evolution directly. The representative at Evolution was helpful and advised me to work with another local dealer. What was especially concerning was that, before I even mentioned the dealer's name, the representative appeared to know exactly who I was referring to and indicated that Jupiter Golf Carts had a history of service-related complaints. If you're looking for a golf cart, I highly recommend the Evolution D5. It's been a great vehicle and has exceeded my expectations. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding Jupiter Golf Carts for both service and future purchases. My experience with their customer service, communication, and warranty support has been extremely disappointing.

A technician also found a suspension issue and said it appeared the cart had not been properly checked before delivery. The cart was eventually picked up for repair. I then spent weeks trying to get updates, with multiple calls to the service department going unanswered. When I finally reached them, I was told they still didn't know what was wrong and had no timeline for when it would be fixed. I understand that problems can happen with a new vehicle, but the lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. After finally getting the cart back, it was delivered with multiple issues still unresolved. After repeated attempts to get the service department to respond, I eventually gave up and took the cart to another dealer. I shouldn't have to chase a dealership for weeks to get service on a brand-new golf cart. Based on my experience, I would think twice before purchasing from Beachside Golf Cars.

My mother purchased a golf cart from this company after meeting Reese in September 2024. At first,…read moreeverything seemed great -- Reese was very helpful and even held the golf cart for an extra 2 weeks while my mom was hospitalized with Endocarditis. We were so appreciative of his kindness at the time. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. By January, the backup camera, speedometer, and horn all stopped working. Fast forward to September -- the golf cart now won't even turn on. It's not the battery (it charges fine), but when my mom called Reese for help, he simply told her to "check the fuses" and sent a YouTube video. My husband and I both tried to troubleshoot the issues ourselves, but this isn't our area of expertise either. She's 73 years old and clearly needed a bit more assistance, especially since the cart is still under a 5-year warranty. When she called again today hoping for a bit of guidance over the phone, Reese yelled at her and hung up. She was in tears. This kind of treatment towards a customer is unacceptable. We're local Wellington residents and shopped around before making this purchase because we genuinely wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, between the ongoing mechanical problems and the complete lack of customer service, we can't recommend this company to anyone.
